"Fuzhou Fu Zhi" Development And Utilization Research

The local chronicles record the nature and society,past and present conditions of a certain area,and are an encyclopedia that records human activities in the area by categories.Local chronicles not only record and inherit human civilization,but also serve the development of society.General Secretary Xi pointed out that it is necessary to attach great importance to the revision of historical records,let the cultural relics speak,and tell people the historical wisdom.In the history of Fuzhou,as the economic and cultural center,the center of ideology and education in the southeast area,it has maintained the fine tradition of revising the aspirations.The general level of the revision of the aspirations of the whole province and even the whole country is a typical representative,and there are many remaining Precious local chronicles.Fuzhou Prefecture revised its records five times in the Ming Dynasty.There are three "Fuzhou Fu Zhi" written during the Zhengde period,Wanli Jimao period,and Wanli Guichou period;the Qing Dynasty revised its records twice,and the existing "Fuzhou Fu Zhi" written during the Qianlong period and later On this basis,Li Ba made up the part of art and literature.The Fuzhou Local Chronicles Office takes charge of the city’s local chronicles matters.The first stage of the development and utilization of local chronicles resources has been completed,but there is still a long way to go.There are still many shortcomings.The most urgent thing is to improve the level of development and utilization as soon as possible to satisfy people’s growing demand for local chronicles.This article takes the four "Fuzhou Fuzhi" mentioned above as the research object,through the analysis of the development and utilization of the "Fuzhou Fuzhi",finds the problems,analyzes the problems,and finally proposes new countermeasures for the new stage.This paper expounds the compilation of "Fuzhou Fuzhi",introduces the contents and styles of the books,analyzes the value and significance of their development and utilization,combs the present situation and achievements of the development and utilization of "Fuzhou Fuzhi",finds out the problems in the process of development and utilization,and analyzes the causes of the problems,drawing on the guidance and experience of successful cases in the development and utilization of local Chronicles in other regions.we put forward four countermeasures: innovating products and methods for development and utilization,developing characteristic content,actively quoting social forces to participate in the development and utilization,strengthening platform construction and improving the working mechanism.
