With the development of science and technology and the advent of the era of"Internet+Education",the scale of online education in China has grown rapidly.According to the data calculated by iResearch Consulting Research Institute,the annual growth rate of China's K12 online education is 37.5%on average."2015-2020 China Children's English Training Industry Market Analysis" shows that the market size of children's English training is 60 billion yuan,with an annual growth rate of 20%.Themed English and Chinese children's online teaching platform contrast,this paper aims to through the contrast between English and Chinese children's online teaching platform,gives suggestions for Chinese children's online teaching platform,for children's Chinese language learners and teachers to choose teaching platform,and for the following researches.VIPKID has been ranked among the top three online teaching institutions for children's English in China for four consecutive years,which has certain research value.In this paper,VIPKID and its Chinese platform Lingo Bus are selected as the research objects.The research contents include the curriculum system,teaching management,teaching process and teaching methods of the online teaching platform for children,teachers and users,as well as other related aspects.Research methods such as investigation,analysis and comparison are used to carry out a comparative study on the English and Chinese online teaching platforms for children.In view of the problems found in the online teaching platform for children's Chinese,some references are found from the online teaching platform for children's English and other studies in this paper.Based on behaviorism,humanism and constructivism learning theory,this article first analyzes the latest development in related research,introducing the online teaching present situation at home and abroad research,English online course,Chinese online courses at home and abroad to study,English children's online teaching platform related research,comparative study on the English-Chinese online teaching platform and relevant research dynamic,organize the related research content and direction.Then,the children's Chinese online teaching platform is classified,according to the learning content,target users and the difference in the form of class,to classify the 33 Chinese online teaching platform in the search engine.Then,it introduces Lingo Bus,an online Chinese teaching platform for children,and VIPKID,an online English teaching platform for children,and compares the two platforms from the aspects of teaching system,teaching management,teaching process and teaching methods,teachers and users,etc.Then,through the form of questionnaire survey on the children's Chinese online teaching platform,teachers were investigated.They survey is in many aspects such as the children's Chinese online teaching platform teaching content,teaching language,reward mechanism,teaching management,teachers and teacher training and other aspects of the specific situation.In addition,an interview questionnaire is designed according to the questions and results of the questionnaire.In the interview,teachers from four Chinese online teaching institutions are selected to conduct in-depth interviews on some questions related to the questionnaire,so as to understand the situation of online teaching platform for Chinese for children and the common problems existing at present.Finally,this paper finds out the current existing problems in the children's online Chinese teaching platform,including the teaching content is unreasonable,the course type is not rich,the interaction between students is not obvious,the reward mechanism is not perfect,the grading mechanism is not perfect,etc.In view of the related problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as enriching the teaching content,improving the course types,increasing the interaction between students and students,and improving the reward mechanism and grading mechanism.
