A Study Of The Original Words And Loan Words In Chagatai's "Abul Haqi's Lineage"

Chagatay is a high-level written language used by ethnic groups in Central Asia,including Xinjiang,from the 14th century to the middle of the 20th century.Many ethnic groups and regions in Central Asia use the language to spread their culture and history.Chagatay is a written language that has been formed before it.The Hakania language,for example,is developed on the basis of the written Central Asian language,which is widely used in various khanates of Central Asia at that time.After the 15th century,with the gradual formation of ethnic groups in the Eurasian region,the written language also has some local characteristics.Moreover,on the basis of the original written language,the local written language with similarities and subtle differences has been differentiated.The development of the Chagatay language is generally divided into three periods,namely the formative period(early 14th century to 1465),the classical period(mid-15th century to early 17th century)and the later period(early 17th century to early 20th century)."The Abu al-Ghazi's Lineage",on the other hand,is a later document.The document was written in Chagatay in the 17th century by Abu al-Ghazi's Bahadur,a military strategist,statesman and poet of the Khiva period.The research title of this master's thesis is "Study on Inherent Words and Borrowed Words in Chagatay's "The Abu al-Ghazi's Lineage".It mainly describes and analyzes the classification,structure and loanwords of the proper words."The Abu al-Ghazi's Lineage" is a valuable document both linguistically and historically.In the lexical study of "The Abu al-Ghazi's Lineage",there is no comparison between the borrowed words of "The Lineage" and the inherent words in the literature and the modern Kazakh vocabulary.In this paper,by comparing the characters of "The Lineage" and Kazakh,the differences of vocabulary are found out.At the same time,the contents and structural characteristics of loanwords in "The Lineage" are analyzed.The content is as follows:First of all,the first chapter introduction part mainly expounds the significance of the topic,the research trends,the academic value,the research methods,the symbols and abbreviations used in this paper of "The Abu al-Ghazi's Lineage".The second chapter analyzes the comparative study of "The Lineage"and the inherent words of Kazakh,which is divided into two sections:basic words and common words.The third chapter describes the study of loanwords in "The Lineage".It is mainly composed of Arabic loanwords(content and structural characteristics),Persian loanwords(content and structural characteristics)and other loanwords.The last part is the conclusion.Through the text content,the further results are obtained.
