In contemporary organizational management,the importance of employee engagement is becoming more and more prominent.The study of engagement is not only related to the improvement of the productivity of the whole organization,but also to its stable development.In Employee Engagement in Contemporary Organizations: Maintaining High Productivity and Sustained Competitiveness(Chapters 4-5),the employee engagement model and the relationship between employee engagement and the psychology of work are introduced.The report of this translation practice is selected from management works.It mainly analyzes and studies the translated texts in the aspects of choice of word meaning,translation of comparative sentences and textual cohesion in the context of management,it is found that the translation context plays an important role in the choice of word meaning.This report try to summarize the language characteristics and translation strategies and techniques of management texts,to provide reference for the translation of similar texts,and to expand the thinking and broaden the field of vision for the related research on the professionalism of domestic employee engagement.
