Research On Female Writing Of Yi Shu's Novels In The New Century

Since the new century,Yi Shu has created nearly 100 novels,which show women’s more severe living conditions in many aspects.Starting with Yi Shu’s novels since the new century,this paper summarizes women’s growth mode by analyzing women’s living conditions and spiritual difficulties,deeply analyzes the characteristics of women’s writing in Yi Shu combined with narratology theory,and uses feminist theory to explore the value connotation and limitations of women’s writing in Yi Shu.This thesis attempts to make a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the female writing in Yi Shu’s novels in the new century,and to supplement and improve the existing research results.First of all,this paper selects two kinds of female images,namely,"marginal" and "zijun" after independence in Yi Shu’s novels in the new century,and analyzes more severe living conditions and spiritual difficulties of women through the uncertainties of their life experience and social status,the fuzziness of their self-awareness,the lack of family ties,the frustration of love,the collision of marriage and even domestic violence.Secondly,this paper summarizes the different growth patterns of women in Yi Shu’s novels in the new century by analyzing women’s living conditions,Women achieve self-salvation and self-transformation in the companionship of the opposite sex and "sisterhood".The goal of women’s growth is to achieve "self-management" in the harmony between the two sexes.Although women in Yi Shu’s novels seem to grow individually,groups are faced with inevitable "fate reincarnation",which also reflects the "homogenization" characteristics of Yi Shu’s women’s writing.Thirdly,this paper discusses the uniqueness and profound connotation of Yi Shu’s female writing from five aspects: the change of narrative perspective,the setting of characters’ plot,the trend of the end of the novel and the humanistic care after the work,and the strategy of narrative language.Finally,this thesis uses feminist theory to point out that Yi Shu’s female writing plays an important role in promoting the development of romance novels and the evolution of female literature history,and the human nature thinking behind her works makes her female writing have certain limitations.This paper discusses and analyzes the living conditions and growth patterns of women in Yi Shu’s works and the characteristics of women’s writing in Yi Shu,which shows that Yi Shu is different from other writers in the early new century in terms of women’s writing,and evaluates the value of her women’s writing comprehensively and objectively.
