On Mozi's Philosophy Of Life

Taking Mozi's philosophy of life as the research object,this paper introduces Mozi's views on human nature,the choice of life attitude,the path of life cultivation and the image of Mohist ideal personality from four aspects.First of all,the first part of this paper focuses on Mozi's basic understanding of human nature,analyzes the social chaos caused by "farewell love",and gives "universal love" as a good way to save society.Secondly,in the second part,it mainly focuses on Mozi's self-cultivation methods of "Thrift" and "asceticism" in order to temper his personal character.Thirdly,in the third part of the article,it focuses on the most lofty ideal personality image in Mozi's works,as well as the personal image of various generations of giants as representatives of Mozi in practice.Finally,at the end of the article,it evaluates the historical and contemporary significance of Mozi's philosophy of life.Mohism is an important part of the pre Qin academic.Its unique philosophy of life shows a different orientation from Confucianism,Taoism and Legalism.The study of Mozi's philosophy of life shows us the diversity of Chinese traditional culture and provides more nourishment for the construction of life theory in the new era.
