In China's contemporary literary world,there is no writer as same as Chi Zijian to live in the northeast of China,observe it,write it.In her more than 30 years of creation,she had a warm-looking eyesight to "observe the mysterious life and time -beaten history".And she has wrote six or seven million words of works for the northeast of China about life,mountains,historical legends.There is no doubt that Chi Zijian rely on her more than 30 years of literary creation,wrote her unique "taste" —— "the literary northeast".And this undertook a great aesthetic connotation and tension.Therefore,this paper takes the diet writing in the novel of Chi Zijian as the starting point,through the analysis of the relationship between diet and text in the novel of Chi Zi Jian,explores the root causes of her novels? large number diet writing in,and explores the cultural and aesthetic implications of the diet literature of Chi Zijian.In addition to the preface and epilogue,this paper intends to discuss from three large chapters: the first chapter basted on the author's works,on the basis of text reading and text analysis,finishing and summarizing the three unique "taste" reflected in the diet writing in her novels.The second chapter on the author's works and the world,based on the overall grasp of the creation of Chi Zijian?s novels,explores the creative position and the "taste" of life behind the diet writing of Chi Zijian?s novels.The third chapter discusses the cultural implication and aesthetic characteristics of the food writing in the novels of the writer's works and the readers,combining the inheritance and development of the famous writers in Chinese history literary,and tries to locate the literary historical significance and the current value of the literary "taste" of Chi Zijian?s novels.
