The Study On The Writing Of Female Misery In Chi Zijian’s Novels

Chi Zijian,with his tender brushwork,unique personality and full literary enthusiasm,has created many works that readers like and won various literary awards many times,becoming one of the writers with unique charm in the contemporary literary world.Although Chi Zijian once denied that her creation was "feminist writing",we can clearly find that Chi Zijian’s novels are full of a large number of descriptions of women’s life,highlighting the obvious female perspective and attitude towards life,and showing close attention to women’s living experience and living conditions.Taking Chi Zijian’s writing of women’s suffering as a breakthrough point,this paper combs the contents of women’s suffering in Chi Zijian’s novels,analyses the artistic features of her speaking of women’s suffering,explores her thinking about transcending women’s suffering,and explores the value and significance of Chi Zijian’s writing of women’s suffering.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part tells us the source of the topic,the research summary,the research methods and the innovation of this paper.The second part combs and summarizes the types of women’s suffering in Chi Zijian’s novels,and divides them into three aspects: the loss of family,the incompleteness of marriage and love,and the poisoning of traditional feudal thought.As for the suffering of family loss,it is mainly discussed from two aspects: the girl who lacks maternal love and the lonely old woman;the suffering of incomplete marriage and love is analyzed from two aspects: the female’s obsession with love and the choice of loveless marriage under material oppression;the traditional feudal ideology’s poison to women is analyzed from two aspects: the main idea of male superiority and female inferiority and the concept of chastity.The third part analyses Chi Zijian’s ways of expressing women’s suffering in her novels from three aspects: narrative perspective,narrative space and animal and plant images.Chi Zijian narrates women’s suffering from children’s perspective,animal perspective and multiple narrative perspectives,and pays close attention to women’s fate in the process of creating novel texts,so that the writing of women’s suffering in his novel achieves a real and warm artistic effect.In addition,Chi Zijian uses space to represent women’s image,metaphorize women’s destiny and hint their misfortune.The animal and plant images in the novel are not only the witnesses and companions of women’s miserable life,but also the symbol of women’s consciousness and life.The fourth part analyses the significance and shortcomings of women’s suffering writing in Chi Zijian’s novels,points out that the author’s constant narration of suffering stories has a certain relationship with his unique life experience,exploresthe construction of the harmonious relationship between men and women under the author’s unique view of women,points out the ways of women’s breaking out of suffering,and reflects the expression of excessive warmth about the writing of female misery.The fifth part is translation,which summarizes the whole paper.
