Research On The Expression Of Contemporary Daily Theme Painting

In the classical,modern,modern and contemporary periods,the painting of daily theme presents different features because of the domination of different times and the restriction of techniques.The concept of "daily life" is constantly changing with the change of society,and people's living habits and experience are also changing,from the traditional emphasis on typical time,scene,characters,political position to the contemporary "atypical" consumption.Contemporary painting,in line with the development of the times,pays more and more attention to the creation of life,emphasizing daily life and the artist's personal experience.The visualization of life provides convenience for painting and requires the painter to have keen perception and creativity.Based on the works of many contemporary artists with daily life as the theme,this paper summarizes the following four expressions of contemporary daily theme painting: consciousness construction,daily defamiliarization,memory fragmentation and image abstraction.Contemporary painting presents a variety of features and complicated relations,including or combining,among cognition and establishment,familiarity and strangeness,entirety and fragment,concrete and abstract.Artists express their aesthetic attitude towards intuitive life in these ways.Although life is daily but also changeable,the uncertainty of life contains endless possibilities,the order of daily life may be broken immediately,and the understanding and expression of life vary with different experiences.The elements of color,technique and image form constitute the "dominant" of the picture.The creator's ingenious thinking,repetition,thinking about things and expression of emotion are the "recessive" of the picture.In the process of painting,a lot of experiments are needed to find the "dominance" in painting from the visual experience of painting form,material selection,schema content and color application.In the process of the experiment,the injection and change of emotion endow the spiritual expression of the work metaphor,thus forming the "recessiveness" in the painting.
