A Comparative Study On The Development Of Sports Dance Movement Across The Taiwan Strait

The differences in cultural development,living environment,social background,education system and dance environment between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait lead to the differences and differentiation in the development of sports dance between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.However,both sides of the Taiwan Strait,with the same culture,should shoulder the same mission,let sports dance into the highest honor of human sports-the Olympic Games is our common goal.The author uses the opportunity of exchange study in Taiwan Sports University,through consulting relevant materials and literature,and on-the-spot investigation of the development status of Taiwan's sports dance,inspired the author to conduct in-depth research on the development of sports dance across the Taiwan Strait.This paper takes the social development and school development of cross-strait sports dance as the starting point,and adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and logical analysis to conduct in-depth research on the development of cross-strait sports dance from two aspects: first,social development,from policies,associations,training institutions,participation in international competitions The second is the development of the school,from the current situation of the construction of the teachers(coaches),the construction of the representative team,the curriculum,the activities of the school group,the training of high-level talents and so on,to find out the advantages and disadvantages and similarities and differences in the social development and the development of the school between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait,and to find out the causes of the differences Because.To study the future development prospect and direction of cross-strait sports dance,provide reference for cross-strait sports dance in social and school development,deepen cross-strait communication and interaction,and promote the common development of cross-strait sports dance.The results show that:(1)The project organization and management in China's mainland is dominated by the government and the main body of the association,while that in Taiwan is guided by the government and dominated by the association and the market,forming a pattern of "one line,many meetings".(2)The atmosphere of dance education and training institutions in China's mainland is good,and the training institutions are developing rapidly,with young teachers as the main body,high level of cultural quality,few full-time teachers,andteenagers as the main training objects.The development of training institutions in Taiwan is stagnant,the market is lack of supervision,teachers have rich experience in teaching,and the training objects are middle-aged and old people and teenagers.(3)The sports and dance events in China's mainland have formed a complete competition system through financial allocation and market financing.However,there are many events in Taiwan,the management system is not perfect,and the audience is not stable.(4)The demand for sports dance teachers(coaches)in China's mainland is large,the proportion of men and women is unbalanced,the educational level of teachers(coaches)is low,the situation of post vocational education is not optimistic,and the ability of scientific research is lack.The proportion of young teachers in Taiwan is small,most of them are old teachers(coaches),the reserve force is obviously insufficient,and the self-awareness of teachers(coaches)is strong.(5)The curriculum of physical dance in China's mainland is mainly guided by the outline,with clear objectives and systematic teaching contents.In Taiwan,the curriculum is diversified,and the goal of curriculum is to cultivate students' non cognitive factors.(6)The training quality of sports dance talents in China's mainland is generally high.The recognition of sports dance in Colleges and universities is on the rise,and the employment situation is generally high.In Taiwan,the quality of talent training for sports dance is relatively low,and the recognition of sports dance in Colleges and universities is not enough.
