| "Sanyan Erpai" is a classic work of ancient vernacular novels,which was adapted by Feng Menglong and Ling Mengchu to show us the life of the citizens at that time and reflect the ideology of the people at that time.This article takes the revenge story in "Sanyan Erpai" as the research angle of view,the beginning makes the explanation to the revenge definition and the connotation,combs the ancient revenge law evolution process,this paper explains how the legislative spirit of the past dynasties found a balance between ethics and law in dealing with revenge,so as to grasp the position and influence of revenge in Confucian culture.Secondly,it classifies different revenge stories according to their differences and characteristics,summarizes the ending and influence of revenge stories,and summarizes and analyzes the conflicts between ethics and law in revenge stories,on the basis of the study of Literature Works,the author rethinks and provides historical reference for the realistic problems through literature works. |
