Di-wan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty(地湾汉简)includes excavated materials from Di-wan site by China and Swedish northwest scientific expedition in 1930,collected in Ju-yan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty《居延汉简》)and the bamboo slips from the second excavation of Di-wan site by Gansu Provincial Institute of cultural relics and Archaeology in 1986,collected in Di-wan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty(《地湾汉简》),are an important "puzzle" of the Han Bamboo Slips in the northwestern border.This article refers to the Di-wan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty to distinguish it from the Di-wan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty published in 2017.From the perspective of lexicology,to do a systematic study of the words in the Di-wan Han Bamboo Slips documents can completely restore the vocabulary features actually used in the Di-wan area of the Han Dynasty,providing an important supplement to the study of Northwest Han Bamboo vocabulary and enriching the understanding of Han vocabulary.The full text is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly elaborates the reason for choosing the topic and the significance of the research;The definition of bamboo slips document and the criteria for the division of words;the research status and research methods.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the corpus collation,including the supplementary interpretation of the remaining glyphs,the accept and give up of different versions of annotations and different interpretations.The second chapter analyzes the exhaustive description of simple words,compound words,and idioms in the text from the aspects of word meaning,part-of-speech,word formation type or construction.The third chapter reveals the commonness and individuality of the words of Di-wan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty through comparison with the research results of the vocabulary of the contemporaries and before and after.The fourth chapter explores the corroborative effect of word recognition on the classification of Di-wan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty documents.The conclusion summarizes the conclusions of the research and the directions in which the research can be continued in the future.The study found that the words feature in the Di-wan Han Bamboo Slips are as follows:1.From synchronic point of view:(1)the number of compound words is considerable,far more than simple words;(2)the compound words are basically unisexual;(3)in the part of speech distribution,simple words cover all word classes,and the synthetic words are mainly real words,the number of virtual words is very small;(4)the compound words have different structures of the same morpheme;(5)the word formation is complete,mostly partial morpheme modifies normal morpheme structure and joint word formation;(6)the idioms of the documents are mainly distributed in the royal(king)documents,the document of report to the throne,official correspondence and private correspondence,postal stabs,recordings of seals,and letter-of-seal documents.Comparatively speaking royal(king)documents,the document of report to the throne and official correspondence,which idiom form is more fixed.2.From diachronic point of view:(1)polysyllabic words are on the rise;(2)categorized cognitive activities promote the large-scale formation of the structure of partial morpheme modifies normal morpheme.Internally,"noun+noun→noun" is the main word formation mode;(3)The number of compound words is on the rise,but it is still in the immature stage of development,which is related to the background of the development of ancient Chinese vocabulary.In addition,the six types document that official document,decree documents,account books,assessment document,contract voucher and sealing document all appeared.with the largest number of accounting books for more than half of the total.Less description,affecting the distribution of parts of speech,there are more nouns and less adjectives;in terms of meaning distribution and the Northwest Frontier Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty are consistent.
