Hongke is a writer in western China who has a great personal style.He is not only the "intruder" of Xinjiang culture,but also the "meditator" who understands the spirit of"foreign land",even the "practitioner" who tries to write,spread and carry forward this spirit.The superposition of the three identities makes Hongke's works present the Western background of China mainly with the "Guanzhong culture" based on the Han ethnic group culture and the "Xinjinag culture" which is on the basis of the minority grassland culture.Although they coexist with each other,different colors and its proportion of pictures can be shown obviously.They fill the cultural and literary connotation of their works with the binary relationship of both contrast and isomorphism.In addition,Hongke's works(especially novels)are rich in high concentration and density of literary experience and philosophical connotation,with both local characteristics and external factors of aesthetic taste,mixing not only the classic achievements of Chinese culture,but the Western literature and philosophy.However,he does not simply follow the principle of "taking",but fully understands and absorbs these literary classics,then put his own practical experience and psychological experience into creation,melting into the philosophy of life in the world of Hongke literature."View of Life and Death" is an important way to explore Hongke's literary ideal and cultural ideal.It not only shows Hongke's exquisite narrative skills through "Death Narrative",but also closely relates to a series of ultimate propositions such as spirit,soul,ideal and homeland.Therefore,through focusing on the nature and connotation of life,the construction of specific life and death scenes,the selection and application of those images,the author who takes Hongke's short and medium-sized novels as the research object,with the "View of Life and Death" as the research perspective,not only systematically analyzes and studies the "View of Life and Death".but also elaborates Hongke's literary view,cultural view,outlook on life,the world outlook which can be combed and integrated.This paper is divided into three parts:the preface,the text and the conclusion.The preface mainly introduces the origin of the question,the significance of the topic,the current research situation,literature review,research methods and innovations.The text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is "Hongke's View of Life and Death and Its Creative Expression".In the face of the bizarre way of death and its fable effect in Hongke's text.the author tries to start with Hongke's cultural identity and value orientation,explainning the formation and expression of Hongke's "View of Life and Death" from three directions:the selection and adjustment of resources in Hongke's novel creation,the dual face of "genuine and sham death" and the source of creation ability.The second chapter is "The Scene and Its Construction of Life and Death Written in Hongke's Text".In this part,the author introduces the concept of "death space" to analyze its birth,the way of being,visual transmission,artistic conception presentation specifically,and focuses on the body presentation of the subject's death,trying to reveal the three levels:the body presentation of the dead body,the existing position of the dead body in the scene of death,and the final value destination of the dead body,discussing a series of physical reactions between the stipulation of death subject and nature,society,power and many other factors,as well as Hongke's life philosophy behind the reactions.Chapter three "Images of Life and Death:Special Symbols and Carriers of Spiritual Culture "analyzes four kinds of images with different attributes,namely "Wasteland","Earth","Sun,Eagle,Horse" and "Table",and explains their rhetorical functions when they are in the discourse context of history,future and current reality,as well as how they play an important role in the conception of the whole cultural ideal as a certain cultural fable.The conclusion part summarizes the significance of the author's study of Hongke's "View of Life and Death",with the reflects and outlooks into the intrinsic value of Hongke's novels.
