Tie Ning’s Absurd Narration Of Medium-length Novels And Short Stories

Tie Ning is a prolific writer in contemporary literary world. Her novels, especially medium-length novels, are popular in different levels of readers. There are two reasons for readers falling in love with her work:on the one hand, her work’s theme pays attention on the survival difficulties of the underclass weak in the bottom of the after cultural reform and the period of reform and opening up to the world outside, embodying the absurd experience of human life. She reveals the reason for humans suffering the absurd, that is, the institution and daily norms established in the absurd world come from the human’s absurd behaviors caused by the promotion of human’s absurd soul. The paper also refers to the analysis of narrative form, dialogue language, micro-rhetoric skills of novel and irony.
