Nowadays,modernization is getting faster and faster,people living in cities are suffering from industrial pollution,noise,urban congestion and other problems,which have become more and more concerned by people.It not only brings about sub-health problems,but also has an impact on people's psychological state.There are more and more anxiety and depression problems.How to reduce the impact of environmental pressure on people has become one of the research hotspots.The study of the restorative environment in environmental psychology provides us with a thinking method of solving the adverse effects of environment on human beings.In addition to what we call the general environment,it is worth paying more attention to the work environment that everyone has contact with in daily life,and the work pressure often makes people breathless.In daily work,psychological resources are occupied heavily,which requires high concentration and anti-fatigue ability.At the same time,the degree of space crowding,lighting brightness,noise and so on in the working environment also have a great impact on people's working status and efficiency.The main problem of this study is to combine the healing environment with the working environment,and discuss the influence and the mechanism of the healing working environment on the working efficiency.Meanwhile,applying the research results to the actual working environment is also one of the main purposes.Through the study of the previous research,this study is divided into three experiments.The experiment 1 and the experiment 2 are designed by single factor experiment,and the experiment three is designed by 2×2 subjects.The subjects are college students.The target search task is taken as the experimental task,and the response time is taken as the work efficiency index.Experiment one explores the impact of working environment settings with and without green elements on work efficiency,the differences of psychological recovery and emotion between the two working environments,to verify whether the healing environment exists.In Experiment 2,a single factor experimental design was used to explore the influence of work environment settings with and without personalized elements on work efficiency,and to compare the differences between two work environment settings in terms of psychological ownership,psychological recovery and emotion,in order to explore whether the work environment of personalized elements can make individuals produce them.In Experiment 3,the experimental design between subjects was 2(environmental setting 1:with green elements,without green elements)× 2(environmental setting 2:with personalized elements,without personalized elements).By changing the type of environment setting,we can further explore the psychological mechanism of the influence of environment setting on work efficiency.Result:(1)Compared with the environment without green elements,the environment setting with green elements will improve the individual's psychological recovery,enhance the individual's positive emotional level,reduce the negative emotional level,in the meantime,reduce the reaction time and increase the work efficiency;(2)Compared with the environment without personalized elements,the environment with personalized elements will improve the individual's psychological ownership,psychological recovery and positive emotion level,reduce the negative emotion level,reduce the reaction time and improve the work efficiency;(3)When there are both personalized elements and green elements in the environment,compared with the environment setting with only green elements,the individual's psychological recovery will decrease,the level of positive and negative emotions will decrease,and then the response time will increase.(4)Psychological recovery plays an intermediary role in the influence of environmental settings on work efficiency,and positive emotions also play an intermediary role in the influence of environmental settings on work efficiency.At the same time,psychological recovery and positive emotions play an intermediary role in both.From the analysis of the experimental results,we can get the following conclusions:(1)Compared with personalized elements,green color has more significant effect on psychological recovery,which is helpful to improve the level of individual psychological recovery and positive emotions.(2)Personalized elements make individuals produce the psychological ownership,which help to increase their favor for the working environment.(3)The working efficiency of individuals in the environment with green elements or personalized elements will be improved.(4)The effect of environmental setting of green elements on work efficiency is through individual's psychological recovery and emotion in the environment.Psychological recovery will bring positive emotions.The stronger the individual feels psychological recovery,the higher the level of positive emotions.This study proposed a frame of reference for the design of work environment.With a study on the recovery environment and a focus on two points of green element and personalized element,the study can help people better understand the important role of the recovery environment in the work scene,so as to pay more attention to the impact of work environment on people,and strive to improve the work environment,improve people's work efficiency and create greater value.
