A Study Of Cloud And Water Patterns In Huang Junbi's Landscape Paintings

Huang Junbi is a famous landscape painter in China in the 20th century.With his unique cloud and water techniques,he has established his own family in the landscape painting world,making "white cloud waterfall" an eye-catching highlight in his painting creation.Painters have always attached great importance to the application of cloud water techniques in landscape painting creation,and summed up a set of corresponding cloud water techniques and theories in practice and creation.This paper first sorts out the development of cloud water method in traditional landscape painting,then analyzes the inheritance and transformation of traditional cloud water method in Huang Junbi’s landscape painting,expounds the regional influencing factors of the transformation,and analyzes the artistic characteristics of cloud water pattern after the transformation from composition,painting,color setting and other aspects in combination with representative works in different periods,and then from the aspects of realism,artistic conception and scenery This paper analyzes the aesthetic value of "white cloud waterfall" in the painter’s works,and sums up the influence of Huang Junbi’s cloud water schema on the spread of Chinese painting art in Taiwan and the enlightenment to the landscape painting world.This paper focuses on the study of the causes,characteristics and aesthetic value of Huang Junbi’s Yunshui schema.It points out that the in-depth study of Huang Junbi’s Yunshui schema can solve the problems of how to absorb nutrition from tradition and nature,how to face the influence of Western art thoughts and the change of popular aesthetic thoughts,and how to create its own painting language This research direction has some enlightening significance.
