The changes of ethnic relations in Fergana valley are related to history.In different periods,the ethnic relations in Central Asia and Fergana valley have changed to varying degrees.After 1924,the ethnic relations in Fergana valley have changed obviously.To some extent,the identification of the ethnic states in Central Asia and Russian immigrants have changed the pattern of Fergana valley's aborigines and the trend of ethnic exchanges.The differences in ethnic social status have caused friction between aborigines and foreign nationalities.After the disintegration of the Soviet Union,the demarcation problem and the imbalance of economic structure left over from the ruling period have become the main problems.At the beginning of the 21st century,the successful resolution of the remaining problems and the vision of globalization cooperation provide opportunities for Fergana valley's ethnic cooperation and common development.To discuss the ethnic relations in Fergana valley,we must mention the main ethnic composition of Fergana valley.Fergana valley has rich soil,gas resources and sufficient hydraulic resources,which are of certain economic value to Central Asia.It is in urgent need of development.In addition,Fergana valley,as an important area connecting the Silk Road Economic Belt,occupies a pivotal position in the Eurasian Economic Circle and is a bridge for China to carry out economic cooperation with Europe,West Asia and other countries.It is precisely because of Fergana valley's historical position and development possibilities that its prosperity and decline are particularly important.The ethnic groups in Fergana valley share the same historical origin and cultural core.Tajiks,Kyrgyz and Uzbeks,the original residents,have lived in Fergana valley since ancient times,which formed modern ethnic groups.There is a common historical origin and social and cultural core among ethnic groups,which has become the foundation of ethnic cooperation in the new era and affected the stability of Fergana valley.It is precisely because of the geographical location and development possibility of Fergana valley that its rise and fall is particularly important.It is an urgent requirement to study ethnic relations in Fergana valley.
