Ruling the country by virtue is an important part of our political culture.The moral quality of public officials plays an important role in the development of the country.Although the appellation of public officials has changed in ancient and modern times,its essence has not changed.The moral character of officials is not only a political virtue,but also an important part of official management.From ancient times to now,the selection of officials will measure the virtue.In the use of officials,they pay attention to the virtue of officials all the time.The management of officials can also be called official virtue management.The management of civil servants' morality in Ming Dynasty is the same as that in other dynasties,and it also has innovation,which plays a positive role in the construction of civil servants' ranks today.This paper is divided into three chapters: the first chapter defines and analyzes the official morality and the official morality management from the theoretical level,which lays the theoretical foundation for this paper;the second chapter analyzes the main contents of the official morality management of Ming Dynasty,which provides the basis for this paper;the third chapter analyzes the enthusiasm and existing problems of the official morality management of Ming Dynasty,and puts forward the concept of Contemporary Official Morality Management Based on the previous contents The Enlightenment of Chinese civil servants,through promoting the organic unity of the Moral Governance of civil servants and the management process of civil servants,supervising the civil servants and strengthening the Moral Governance of civil servants,has a profound and positive impact on the construction of modern civil servants.
