In our country, there are Hui people in all walks of life figure, the civil servant is no exception. As the basic conditions for running the country, civil servants are the most active and positive factor in the constitution of government. They are also an important link to help the government to connect with and do favor with the general public, political morality of Civil servants is the key point of government' performance as well as the critical point to achieve a better governance and of the nation. Because of their unique national influence moral and ethical thought in Islam, in the face Hui people, Hui civil servants have a better understanding of the problem, so they can devote themselves more to deal with the problem. So Muslim civil servants' political morality cultivate deserves more attention. In order to provide sufficient practical and professional personnel for national governmental administrative bodies, enhancement of Muslim civil servants'political morality should be united with the practical requirements, at the same time, this ensures the establishment and development of service-oriented government in Hui Autonomous Region.This research taking civil servants in Linxia Hui straight unit state as research subjects. The fifth part is the full investigation based on the study, combined with the situation in District of Linxia, Muslim civil servants to explore the political and moral cultivation, and to clear that moral education and personal accomplishment is an important way of political and moral cultivation. Continuing to implement countermeasures from the civil service, to increase the training system, updating the hardware and software facilities, while enhancing their political and moral cultivation and strengthening political and moral practice.
