Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease with classic symptoms such as bradykinesia and tremor.Medical experts designed the Unified Parkinson's Assessment Scale(UPDRS)to evaluate motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease.Item 23 of the scale indicates that finger tapping can reflect information on motor symptoms of the upper extremities. However, the assessment of the course of the disease depends on the subjectivity and experience of the attending physician, and the motor symptoms of patients with early Parkinson's disease or those at high risk of Parkinson's disease are not very obvious. It can objectively reflect the fine movements of the upper limbs, and then reflect the related motor symptoms, which can be used for screening and early warning of individuals at high risk of Parkinson's disease. In this paper,a sensor based on complementary split resonator ring is proposed to acquire the fine motion of human upper limbs. This method collects the finger tapping motion data through the designed sensor and extracts the characteristic parameters of tapping force and offset. The band-pass filter in the sensor can express the electric field change caused by the finger tapping in the form of in-band transmission coefficient. The in-band transmission coefficient is processed by SPSS statistical software, and the P value can be used to test whether the finger tapping data is abnormal, that is,to reflect the motor symptoms of the upper limbs, and at the same time to identify the high-risk individuals of Parkinson's disease in the prodromal stage of the disease.become possible. The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Investigate the methods at home and abroad that use different types of sensors to collect upper limb movement information of the human body to evaluate the motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and list the characteristic parameters extracted by different types of sensors to detect upper limb movement methods.(2)The finger tapping test is an item of the UPDRS scale. This test will also design tasks such as heavy tapping, light tapping and tapping with different offsets according to the UPDRS scale, and extract the tapping strength and offset.characteristic parameters such as degree.(3)According to the design indicators in this paper,a sensor model with a flat passband(in-band fluctuation <1d B)is designed at 8GHz-10 GHz.Its detection principle uses the loading of the split complementary resonant ring(CSRR)structure to greatly enhance the band-pass filter's perception of changes in the surrounding electromagnetic field, and the sensor becomes more sensitive to approaching fingers, while the band-pass filter can convert changes in the electromagnetic field.is the change in transmission coefficient, which can be obtained and recorded from the percussion test.(4)Collection and statistical analysis of finger tapping test data.It mainly includes building a finger tapping test site, collecting data of different tapping patterns of subjects and processing data.Using SPSS statistical software to analyze the collected tapping data, the significant P value can determine whether the tapping data is abnormal. The results show that there is a significant difference between the normal tapping and the abnormal tapping control group(P<0.01).Items are used to evaluate and quantify motor symptoms of upper extremities,so that individuals at high risk of Parkinson's disease can be screened and acted as early warning.
