| The retrospective study was conducted to compare the effects of regular exercise, irregular exercise and non-exercise on the quality of life and other efficacy indicators(BASFI,BASDAI,VAS,PGA)of patients with early ankylosing spondylitis, and to provide a scientific basis for the view that regular exercise can better improve the quality of life of patients with early ankylosing spondylitis.Let more patients with early ankylosing spondylitis realize the importance and necessity of regular exercise, make them actively participate in it,and promote and apply it in more patients with early ankylosing spondylitis.A total of 112 qualified cases were included in this study, and the data of their basic information, medication regimen in recent 1 year, exercise status,Ankylosing Spondylitis Quality of Life Scale(ASQo L),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and patient overall evaluation(PGA)were collected and collated.According to the exercise situation and whether regular exercise, divide them into three groups:regular exercise group, irregular exercise group and non-exercise group, and then use relevant statistical methods to analyze, summarize. The results showed that there were significant differences in all efficacy indicators among the three groups(P<0.05),the regular exercise group had significantly advantages in ASQo L,BASFI,BASDAI,VAS and PGA than the irregular exercise group(P< 0.05);ASQo L,BASFI,BASDAI,VAS and PGA in the regular exercise group were significantly better than those in the non-exercise group(P<0.05);ASQo L and BASFI in the irregular exercise group were significantly better than those in the non-exercise group(P<0.05),but there was no significant advantage in BASDAI,VAS and PGA(P> 0.05).The results of Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that ASQo L,BASFI,BASDAI,VAS and PGA were significantly positively correlated with each other(P<0.05).Further Multiple linear regression analysis showed that regular exercise was an independent factor affecting ASQo L,BASFI,BASDAI,VAS and PGA,and the above indexes were significantly improved after regular exercise.Adhering to regular exercise can improve the spinal functional activity index of patients with early ankylosing spondylitis, relieve the pain symptoms and the time and degree of morning stiffness, reduce the degree of disease activity, effectively improve and improve the quality of daily life of patients. It is very necessary and important to formulate relevant reasonable regular exercise plans, according to patients’ personal preferences, exercise ability, work and living habits,so that patients’ compliance is able to improved, and the concept of regular exercise is valued, promoted and implemented by more and more patients with early ankylose spondylitis. |
