Purpose:To observe the effect of double-lumen acupuncture combined withelectroacupuncture on the hemodynamics of double-lumen bronchial intubation in thoracic surgery?Material and method:The subjects were from the thoracic anesthesia group of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixteen patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)and control group(group B).Group A was treated with acupuncture plus electroacupuncture,and intervention was performed 30 minutes before anesthesia induction as intervention effect group.In group B,sham acupuncture and non-electrified electroacupuncture stimulation were used to intervene at the same time as control group.The heart rate,mean arterial pressure and stroke index were measured at different time points before and after bronchial intubation under general anesthesia.Statistical analysis of counting data is carried out by SPSSS26.0 According to whether the measured data meet the normal distribution,homogeneity of variance and spherical test,the variance analysis of one-dimensional repeated data is selected for statistical test,or the variance analysis of multiple repeated data or correction coefficient is used for correction.Results:After the conditional test,the measurement data satisfy the normal distribution and thevariance is homogeneous,and the data satisfy"spherical symmetry".The method of variance analysis of single factor repetitive data is used.The results of variance analysis of univariate repeated measurement data of three indexes(HR,MBP,SI)calculated by statistical software were as follows.For heart rate:Fgroup=49.761,P<0.01;Ftime=45.320,P<0.01;Fgroup×time=29.802,P<0.01.For the mean arterial pressure:Fgroup=10.934,P=0.005;Ftime=142.613,P<0.01;Fgroup×time=51.925,P<0.01?For stroke index:Fgroup=15.310,P=0.002;Ftime=83905,P<0.01;Fgroup×time=25.824,P<0.01?P group of HR,MBP and SI is all<0.01,P timeis<0.01,P group×time is all<0.01,according to the level of aversion 0.05,P value is all<0.05.It can be concluded that the hemodynamic indexes(HR,MBP,SI)are not the same in different time.There was interaction between treatment factors and time,and the hemodynamic indexes of different treatment methods changed differently at different time.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture has a steady-state regulating effect on hemodynamic fluctuation during anesthesia-induced bronchial intubation in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.
