ObjectiveThrough this study collected the clinical data, including observation, electric acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment clinical curative effect of cognitive dysfunction afterstroke, and compare three kinds of treatment, the difference of the clinical efficacy of electric acupuncture combined with the value of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined treatment,so as to provide more forthe clinical treatment of cognitive impairment afterstroke treatment plan optimization,It is convenient forfurtherclinical application.MethodsThe 120 PSCI patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random allocation, the included subjects were divided into 3 groups: 40 patients in the electroacupuncture combined with rTMS group,40 patients in the rTMS group, and 40 patients in the electroacupuncture group, receiving electroacupuncture 5 times a week.A total of 8 weeks of treatment. At the same time, the three group was given conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation exercise, before treatment and 8 weeks aftertreatment respectively by Mo CA scale,MBI scale and stroke syndromes scale to assess the patient’s cognitive function and daily life ability recovery, using the total effective rate comparison of three methods forintervention in patients with PSCI curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded to judge the safety of the intervention.Results1.Comparison of basic data: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the general data of the three groups, such as gender, age, years of education and stroke incidence type(P >0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of Mo CA scale: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in THE SCORES of Mo CA scale among the three groups(P > 0.05),but after8 weeks of treatment, the scores of Mo CA scale in the three groups were improved compared with before treatment(P < 0.05);The improvement of rTMS combined with ELECTROacupuncture group was more significant than the othertwo groups(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical significance between rTMS group and electroacupuncture group(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of MBI scores: Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in MBI scores among the three groups(P >0.05).After8 weeks of intervention,MBI scores of the three groups were improved(P < 0.05).Compared with the othertwo groups, the improvement in the rTMS group was more significant(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the rTMS group and the rTMS group(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of the scores of TCM syndrome scale of stroke:there was no significant difference in the scores of the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05),but aftertreatment, the scores of the three groups were improved(P < 0.05);Compared with electroacupuncture group and rTMS group, the scores of electroacupuncture group and rTMS group decreased significantly, and the curative effect was more prominent(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of effective rates: After8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rates were 82.5% in the electroacupuncture combined with rTMS group,57.50% in the electroacupuncture combined with rTMS group and 60.00% in the rTMS group. The efficacy of the electroacupuncture combined with rTMS group was betterthan that of the othertwo groups(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the rTMS group and the electroacupuncture group(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.Electroacupuncture combined with rTMS,electroacupuncture alone, and rTMS alone can effectively improve the cognitive dysfunction of subjects, but the comparison found that the effect of electroacupuncture combined with rTMS group is more significant.2.Electroacupuncture combined with rTMS group was superiorto the othertwo groups in improving the daily living ability of PSCI patients and reducing the TCM syndrome score of stroke.3.In this study, only three patients experienced temporary discomfort, and there was no case of loss due to adverse reactions. Therefore, the safety and compliance of this study are acceptable.
