A Preliminary Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Light Moxibustion Combined With Chushiweiling Decoction In Relieving The Pain Of Herpes Zoster (spleen Deficiency And Dampness Accumulation Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of the combination of Denghuo Moxibustion and Chushiweiling Decoction in alleviating the pain of spleen-deficiency and dampness type herpes zoster,we explored the clinical application value of the combination of Denghuo Moxibustion and Chushiweiling Decoction on relieving the pain of herpes zoster.It is supposed to provides another treatment method for relieving the pain of herpes zoster and reducing the incidence of neuralgia after herpes zoster.Methods:In this experiment,a randomized,controlled method was used to observe the clinical efficacy of Denghuo Moxibustion combined with Chushiweiling Decoction in relieving the pain of spleen deficiency and dampness type herpes zoster.A random number table was used to assign 72 patients who passed the screening criteria into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with lamp moxibustion combined with Chushiweilingtang combined with basic treatment,and the control group was treated with moxibustion combined with Chushiweilingtang combined with basic treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.After the initial diagnosis and the end of the treatment,the patient's various efficacy observation indicators were respectively recorded to evaluate the improvement of the patient's condition before and after the treatment,and to observe the adverse reactions.For patients whose curative effect is judged to be cured,markedly effective,and effective after the end of treatment,a 1-month follow-up will be carried out after the end of treatment,and the occurrence of herpes zoster postherpetic neuralgia will be recorded truthfully.Result:1.Baseline comparison: Recording the basic information of two groups at the first visit such as the gender,age and so on.As a result,after the baseline comparison of the initial diagnosis data of the two groups of patients,statistical analysis showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The effective rate of the treatment group was 84.8%,and the recovery rate of the control group was 90.9%.The results of statistical analysis(P>0.05)were not statistically significant;there were 5 patients in the treatment group and 3 patients in the control group.There is no statistically significant difference in statistical analysis(P>0.05).3.Comparing the pain VAS scores before and after treatment between the two groups,the intra-group comparison was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment effect of pain of treatment group is superior to the control group.4.Comparing the sleep PSQI scores before and after treatment between the two groups,the intra-group comparison was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the comparison between the two groups,P>0.05,indicating that there is' t obvious difference on sleep improvement between the two groups.5.Comparing the scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment between the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,indicating that the skin regeneration of treatment group is superior to the control group.6.Comparing the time of skin lesions after treatment between the two groups,P>0.05,indicating that there isn't obvious difference on scabby speed between two groups.7.Comparing the pain relief time between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the relief rate of pain of treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:Denghuo moxibustion combined with Chushiweiling Decoction has a certain effect in treating herpes zoster with spleen deficiency and dampness.Among them,there is an advantage over the control group in terms of reducing pain and improving symptoms and signs.There is no significant difference between the control group and the control group in terms of improving sleep,speeding up skin lesions and crusting.However,this therapy has some problem on clinical applications such as difficulty in operation and prone to burns and other adverse reactions,its large-scale clinical application needs further discussion.
