Purpose:Identify the psychological causes of depression in patients undergoing PCI surgery for coronary heart disease, and analyze the emotional characteristics of TCM in patients with depression after PCI,so as to provide more targeted psychological intervention methods and TCM treatment programs for patients with depression after PCI.Methods: 1.In-depth interview method: Interviews 16 patients who met the selection criteria in the Department of Hematology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to June 2018,using grounded theory, correlation comparison and other qualitative analysis methods. The interview data is subject to case static analysis and cross-case dynamic analysis.2.Statistical analysis method: Comparing relevant literature data and combining the content of in-depth interviews, analyzing the ten aspects that have the closest influence on the patient’s mood, including physical symptoms, gender, age, number of stents, stent time, whether it is accompanied by hypertension,Diabetes, good sleep, marital status, and payment method. The SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between the depression degree of the 16 interviewed patients and these ten factors.3.Triangular mutual evidence method: The three aspects of static analysis of cases, dynamic analysis of cross-cases,and statistical analysis are evaluated by triangular mutual evidence to ensure that the research results are true and accurate. Results: 1.Psychological characteristics: basic conditions: recurrent physical symptoms;misunderstanding of PCI surgery for coronary heart disease.Catalytic factors: negative effects of family and society.Aggravating factors: negative automatic thinking, insufficient mental growth ability.2.Emotional characteristics: The emotional characteristics of patients with depression after PCI are mainly expressed as worry and sadness, which are in line with the symptoms of depression and depression.Conclusion:1.The main factor of depression caused by PCI surgery is the repeated episodes of the patient’s physical symptoms. At the same time, the patient’s misunderstanding of the disease caused a series of negative emotions and eventually developed into depression. Therefore, psychological comfort and education guidance for patients are necessary means to interfere with depression.2.The emotional characteristics of patients after PCI are mainly worry and sadness. Therefore, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for this group of patients, mainly to relieve depression and relieve anxiety, may be more accurate.
