deeper and more systematic research on the meaning of the names of the acupoints of the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin and the correlation of clinical functions and the purpose of guiding clinical application, and to provide a scientific basis for the research on the interpretation of the names based on the meaning of the meridians.Materials and methods: This study uses the research methods of exegetics and philology in traditional philology to collect dictionaries and literature and history books and materials before the Wei and Jin Dynasties "Shu Wen Jie Zi","Er Ya","Yi Ya","Mo Jing" ","Han Shu Yi Wen Zhi","Zuo Zhuan",etc.,medical citations are mostly quoted from medical books before the Tang Dynasty, such as "Internal Classics","Difficult Classics","A and B Classics","Theories on the Sources of Diseases",and "Tai Su" Song Zhiqing's acupuncture and moxibustion studies are based on the "Shengji General Record","Preparation of Emergency Qianjin Essential Prescriptions","Puji Prescriptions·Acupuncture","Yi Zong Jinjian","Bian Que Shen Ying Needle Yulong Jing",and "Meridian Diagrams" "Golden Needle Secret Biography","Medicine Classics Understanding","Shoushiqing Compilation","Acupuncture and Moxibustion Zisheng Jing","Acupuncture and Moxibustion Juying","Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng","Jingyue Quanshu",etc.as supplements;clinical cases cited From pre-Qing dynasty books such as "Shoushibaoyuan","Shoushibaoyuan","Medical Compendium" and other pre-Qing Dynasty books and materials;consult modern literature and clinical reports, mainly based on documents included in CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases to verify the name of acupuncture points The clinical significance of the meaning, and the study of the differences in the application of ancient and modern acupoints.First of all, starting from the traditional culture of the motherland,we will study the influence of the universe view of the unity of nature and man,and the way of thinking like analogy on the naming of the acupoints of the Liver Meridian. After understanding the ideological and cultural background related to the naming of meridians and acupoints, the ancient dictionary of characters is used to interpret the acupoint names themselves, combined with the related content of the meaning of acupoint names in ancient and modern documents, and comprehensively manage the connotation of acupoint names. At the same time,it collects ancient and modern medical records and recent and modern literature reports on the clinical application of liver meridian points, and summarizes the correlation between the meaning of liver meridian points and clinical functions.Results:1.The names of the acupoints of the liver meridian are 8 points first seen in the "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic",and 6 points are first seen in the "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion".2.Most of the 14 acupoints in the liver meridian are named in the theoretical system category, including yin and yang, essence and qi,and image comparison. The names of the acupoints that embody the theory of yin and yang include Yinbao and Yinlian;the names of the acupoints that embody the doctrine of essence and qi include Dadun.,Xingjian,Taichong,Zhongfeng, and Zhongdu points;comparisons of images include Ligou,Ququan,Zuwuli,Jimai,Zhangmen, and Qimen;Kneeguan Named because of its acupoint location.3.The main symptoms of the 14 points of the liver meridian are pain, fullness, loss of sperm, and blood loss, and the functions are mostly manifested as clearing the qi machine, promoting qi and relieving pain, taking blood to stop bleeding, converging and stopping stasis, clearing heat and removing dampness, and regulating the meridians.4.The 14 points of the liver meridian mainly treat the function of qi.The symptoms are mostly qi stagnation, stagnation of qi and other evidence, and there are few signs of qi deficiency.Indications are at the functional level of blood, taking into account both deficiency and excess of symptoms, mainly blood loss and blood stasis. The function of the acupoints of the liver meridian is generally good at promoting qi and promoting blood circulation and regulating blood and ingesting blood, but not good at replenishing qi,but Taichong and Jimai points have the effect of tonifying qi.5.Among the 14 points of the liver meridian,Dadun,Xingjian,Taichong,Ligou,Ququan, and Jimai acupoints treat diseases in modern clinics than in ancient times, but the pathogenesis of the diseases is the same, which is consistent with the naming meaning of the points.;The ancient clinical application of Zhongfeng,Zhongdu, and Yinbao points reflects the meaning of their naming, but the modern clinical application does not reflect the characteristics of their naming;kneeguan,Zuwuli,Yinlian,Zhangmen, and Qimen points are clinically used The application is completely consistent with the past and the present, and is consistent with the meaning of the name of the acupoints.Conclusions:1.The naming of the acupoints in the liver meridian contains the theories of essence and yin and yang in ancient philosophical thoughts, and is a manifestation of the perfect fusion between traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine. The naming of the acupoints of the liver meridian reflects the naming method and law formed by the combination of philosophy, architecture, geography and other knowledge theories with the characteristics of the motherland medicine.2.The naming of acupoints in the liver meridian indicates the position and morphology of the acupoints in the human body,as well as the important connotation of the clinical mechanism and effectiveness of acupoints such as Qiqiu injection, and the meaning and clinical function of the acupoint naming are also closely related to the selection of clinical treatment.Acupoints and use of acupoints have very strong theoretical guidance.3.The naming of the acupoints of the liver meridian reflects the function of the liver to control the qi dispersing mechanism and the liver to store blood.4.The naming of acupoints in the liver meridian can fully reflect the characteristics of more blood and less qi in the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin.5.The naming and function of the acupoints of the liver meridian are basically consistent.
