Preliminary Exploration Of The Nature Of The Index Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome And Its Clinical Validation In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:This article is based on the summary and induction of the modern literature on the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,and explores the essence of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.Material and method:Collect all the documents related to the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis from 1986 to 2020 in CNKI,strictly follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature,establish a database of syndromes of phlegm and blood stasis,and provide information on western medicine diseases,laboratory indicators,literature dates,etc.Perform frequency statistics,cluster analysis,factor analysis,and association rule analysis to discover the essence of phlegm and blood stasis and summarize the rules.At the same time,the correlation between the conclusion of coronary heart disease and blood lipids was verified clinically.Using a case-control study,a total of 134 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the First and Second Cardiology Departments of Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020(including patients with unstable angina pectoris)68 cases,66 cases of acute myocardial infarction),36 cases of unstable angina patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,32 cases of non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,36 cases of acute myocardial infarction patient with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,non-Thirty patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were compared using independent sample t-test to compare triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,and low-density lipoprotein/high-density lipoprotein.in/high-density lipoprotein of the two groups of patients using independent sample t-test.Results:With the growth of the years,the amount of literature related to the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis has increased year by year.Cluster analysis clustered the related indicators of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome into 4 categories,and factor analysis extracted a total of 10 common factors,which were related to carbohydrate metabolism,protein metabolism,lipid metabolism,oxygen free radicals,hemorheology,endothelial function,Inflammation is related to abnormal coagulation function.Association rules show that the diseases involved in the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis are hyperlipidemia,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,hypertension,metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis,coronary heart disease,and cerebral infarction.When comparing coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group and non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group,the indexes of total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein/high-density lipoprotein were statistically significant(P?0.05),the index high-density lipoprotein is not statistically significant(P(29)0.05).When comparing acute myocardial infarction with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,the indicators of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein/high-density lipoprotein are statistically significant(P?0.05),and the indicator is high-density lipoprotein The protein is not statistically significant(P(29)0.05).When comparing unstable angina with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome groups,the indexes of total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein are statistically significant(P?0.05),and the indexes of triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low Density lipoprotein/high-density lipoprotein is not statistically significant(P?0.05).Conclusion: The essence of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is the metabolism of carbohydrates,proteins,lipids,oxygen free radicals,hemorheology,endothelial function,inflammation,and blood coagulation.These six aspects do not exist in isolation,and mutual influence leads to hyperlipidemia,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,hypertension,metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis,coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction diseases,involving circulation and endocrine diseases.,Nervous,digestive and other systems.By analyzing the blood lipids and liver function indexes of patients with coronary heart disease,it is verified that there is a certain correlation between the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease and blood lipids.
