Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Traditional Chinese Medicine with dissipating phlegm and blood stasis for hyperlipidemia.Mehthods:Collecting literature of randomized controlled trials about compound Traditional Chinese Medicine with dissipating phlegm and blood stasis evaluate the treatment of hyperlipidemia systematically.Searching The Cocharane Center Register of Controlled Trials,Pubmed,CNKI database.VIP database,Wanfang database by computer formulated in accordance with the search strategy. Using Note Express2.8.1 literature management system combined with reading title态abstracts and even the full text to eliminate repeated literature. Two evaluation extract data independently to select qualified literature acoording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and pick up data independently, collect the primary outcome of the assessment, such as efficiency, the level of total cholesterol, the level of triglyceride, the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol, the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol. To evaluate the quality of literature according to Cochrane handbook5.1, using Review Manager 5.3 software for heterogeneity test, Meta analysis, publication bias analysis and so on.Result:There are 547 relevant literatures retrieved.,exclude 242 repeated literatures.Exclude 291 pieces of unqualified literature acoording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, finally there are 14 studies included, a tota of 1593 patients. The results show that,1.Quality of studies:In the 14 studies, there are 3 studies use stochastic method appropriately, none of them mentioned to use allocation concealment,1 study mentioned single blind,1 study mentioned lost and withdraw.2. Efficiency:there is a significant difference compared with control group[RR=1.11. 95%CI(1.04,1.18)] (P=0.0007).3.The effect in reducing TC:there is no significant difference compared with control group[MD=-0.22,95%CI(-0.49,0.06)] (P=0.13), 4. The effect in reducing TG:there is a significant difference compared with control group[MD=-0.23,95%CI(-0.42,-0.04)] (P=0.02).5.The effect in increasing HDL-C: there is no significant difference compared with control group[MD=0.07 95% CI(0.00,0.14)] (P=0.05).6. The effect in reducing LDL-C:there is no significant difference compared with control group[MD=-0.04,95%CI(-0.21,0.12)] (P=0.59).7. Adverse reactions:there is a significant difference compared with the control group[RR=0.40,95%CI(0.17,0.95)] (P=0.04).8.Safety index:all studies showed no abnormal.9.Other outcomes:the improvement of TCM syndrome score:there was a significant difference compared with the control group [MD=-2.15,95%CI (-3.07,-1.23)] (P<0.00001).The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, there is a significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). The effect in increasing apoA:there is no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05). The effect in reducing apoB:there is no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The system of evaluation has suggested that compound Traditional Chinese Medicine with dissipating phlegm and blood stasis has a curative for hyperlipidemia and less adverse reaction. The conclusion may be affected due to the low quality of the included studies.
