Professor Wang Dong Summed Up His Experience In Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis From The Perspective Of Liver, Spleen And Kidney

Purpose:This study mainly explored Professor Wang Dong's clinical experience in treating the hypothyroidism stage of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and summarized his treatment ideas from three aspects of viscera,five elements and qi qi,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis by traditional Chinese medicine,and provide reference significance for guiding the clinical medication of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Material and method: By collecting and sorting out the clinical data of Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients with hypothyroidism,58 patients were selected from the endocrine clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from September2018 to January 2021.They were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Yishen Decoction Combined with youjiale,one dose daily,morning and evening.The control group was given eujiale,25 ug,once a day.According to the dialectical classification,Liuwei Dihuang Pill was added to those with kidney yin deficiency,and Shenqi Pill was added to those with kidney yang deficiency.The course of treatment was 3 months.After the course of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were counted and analyzed.Conclusion: 1.Comparison of TCM syndrome total score: before and after treatment,the total score of the two groups decreased,the two groups(P < 0.01),both have curative effect,and the treatment group has obvious advantages in comparison of curative effect between the two groups.2.Comparison of TSH,FT3 and FT4: there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and they all had curative effect.3.Comparison of TGAb and TPOAb: the value after treatment in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and reached the normal value(P < 0.05).The two schemes had curative effect,and the treatment group had more advantages in the comparison of curative effect between the two groups.
