Study On The Compatibility Law Of Prunella Vulgaris In The Treatment Of Different TCM Syndrome Types Of Hyperthyroidism

Purpose:Using statistical techniques,this paper studies the compatibility rules of Chinese herbal compound containing prunella prunella in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,so as to explore the compatibility rules of different syndromic types and drug pairs,so as to provide literature basis for subsequent clinical treatment.Material and method:Known from China net database(CNKI)series,ten thousand medical network,Chinese periodical service platform VIP database and other electronic database screening of the application of 2000-2021 Chinese medicine compound containing selfheal related literature for the treatment of hyperthyroidism,literature,selected to meet the requirements to establish Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of hyperthyroidism database containing selfheal,database are built for general drug frequency frequency type analysis,the frequency of frequency,different syndrome types of two drugs,three frequency of frequency analysis of the drug,and clustering analysis,application of statistical software SPSS Statistics of 25.0,Then the compatibility law is obtained.Results:1.Analysis of overall frequency: All the collected literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a total of 112 prescriptions,involving 204 traditional Chinese medicines,were finally counted.Among the top 10 kinds of concrete are: zhejiang fritillary,oysters,radix paeoniae alba,radix bupleuri,radix scrophulariae,radix glycyrrhizae,radix rehmanniae,gardenia,sweet echo dwarf lilyturf.The highest frequency of syndromes was the syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire flourishing,and the other syndromes were the syndrome of burning liver fire,the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,the syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency,the syndrome of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and the syndrome of phlegm and heat accumulation.2.Frequency analysis of horny medicine: Yin deficiency Huo Wang syndrome: "red peony,radix ophiopogonis,oyster","raw rehmannia glutinosa,radix ophiopogonis,oyster","scutellaria glutinosa,raw rehmannia glutinosa,rhizoma coptis" had the highest frequency;Fiery liver fire syndrome: "Gardenia,Bupleurum,white peony root" and "Gardenia,Bupleurum,white peony root" had the highest frequency;The syndrome of mutual association of phlegm and blood stasis: "Oyster,Radix Radix,Fritillaria thunbergii","Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Radix Radix,Fritillaria thunbergii" had the highest frequency;The syndrome of spittoon stasis: "poria,pinellia pinellia,bupleurum root","poria,bupleurum root,white peony root","poria,bupleurum root,white peony root","licorice root,bupleurum root,fragrant root" had the highest frequency.Conclusion:1.Hyperthyroidism should be treated with prunella prununculata,oyster,fritillaria thunbergii and root root.2.For the treatment of hyperthyroidism of Yin deficiency and fire,prunella prunella is mostly compatible with oyster and Ophiopogonis radix,and horn medicine is mostly compatible with oyster,Ophiopogonis radix and red peony root;Oyster,Radix Ophiopogon,Raw Rehmannia glutinosa.3.Prunella prunewort in the treatment of hyperthyroidism of irasciferous type is mostly combined with Bupleurum and Gardenia fruit,while Cortex drug is mostly combined with Bupleurum,Gardenia fruit and Paeonia lactiflora;Bupleurum,gardenia and oyster are compatible.4.For the treatment of phlegm and stasis interrelated hyperthyroidism,Prunella prununculata is mostly compatible with oyster and fritillaria thunbergii,and horn medicine is mostly compatible with oyster,fritillaria thunbergii and root root;Compatible with Radix Sophorae,Fritillaria thunbergii and Salvia miltiorrhiza.5.For the treatment of hyperthyroidism of spittoon stasis type,Prunella prununculata is mostly compatible with Bupleurum and Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,and Corn Medicine is mostly compatible with Radix Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae and Radix Licorice;Compatible with Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Radix and Poria Cocos.
