Purpose:Summarize the clinical characteristics of malignant tumors with type 2 diabetes and the distribution of TCM syndromes, analyze related factors, explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and malignant tumors, and provide references for clinical differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors with type 2 diabetes.Material and method:Using retrospective analysis methods, the research objects were inpatients in the Oncology Department of the Inpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to February2019.All patients were diagnosed pathologically or clinically as malignant tumors, and all were clearly diagnosed as type 2 diabetes Use Microsoft Excel to establish a database for the patient's tumor location, gender, age, type 2 diabetes course, sequence of onset, history of surgery, whether to use insulin, history of radiotherapy, history of chemotherapy, and distant metastasis, and collect patient symptoms, signs, tongue and pulse. After waiting for the four-diagnosis information, using SPSS22.0 software to perform K-means cluster analysis, the correlation study used Fisher test and Chi-square test, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.According to the admission criteria,a total of 129 patients were included in the study, with the most malignant tumors of the digestive system, with a total of 45 cases(35%),followed by malignant tumors of the respiratory system(40 cases),and malignant tumors of the female reproductive system(33 cases).Lung cancer, colorectal cancer and liver cancer are the most common in men,and breast cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancer are the most common in women. The incidence of liver cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and other malignant tumors in men was higher than that in women, and the incidence of malignant tumors such as thyroid cancer and gallbladder cancer in women was higher than that in men(P<0.05).Lung cancer, breast cancer, and colorectal cancer were more common in the two groups of patients in different onset order, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The age distribution of malignant tumors with type 2 diabetes is most common between56-65 years old,and there is no significant difference in age between different sexes(P>0.05).Among them, patients with type 2 diabetes malignant tumors usually occur within 10 years, and malignant tumors secondary type 2 diabetes is concentrated within 5 years.3.129 cases of malignant tumors with type 2 diabetes were summarized as four types of TCM syndromes by cluster analysis, liver depression and spleen deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency, and damp-heat accumulation.Among them, the deficiency of both qi and yin is the most, and liver depression Spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis mutual accumulation type followed, and damp-heat accumulation type was the least.Gender, age, type 2 diabetes course, sequence of onset, history of surgery, history of chemotherapy, and whether to use insulin is not related to the distribution of TCM syndrome types(P>0.05).The history of radiotherapy, type 2 diabetes course and distant metastasis are related to type 2 diabetes syndrome types(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Malignant tumors combined with type 2 diabetes are the most common tumors of the digestive system with the highest incidence. The type of tumors is related to gender, and has nothing to do with the order of the two.2.The age distribution of patients with malignant tumors combined with type 2 diabetes has nothing to do with gender, the onset of the two is different, and the time of the appearance of secondary diseases is also different.3.The most common type of malignant tumors with type 2 diabetes is deficiency of both qi and yin,and the longer the course of the disease, the more patients with deficiency of both qi and yin,the history of radiotherapy and distant metastasis will also affect the distribution of TCM syndromes.
