The reason behind choosing this research topic “Ethical problems and counter measures of Public Health development in India” is to aim at the best possible research based on the data provided and collected and summarizing literature research and finding present health moral construction system drawbacks and trying to determine an attention of the government to provide with my data work pointing out the problems and to draw an attention for the best possible solution for the future for the betterment of Wellbeing care system in India. From my research work,I also try to attain with the some local problems and to draw an attention by being a voice for those who can't reach out directly with their problems, being a local voice and to fight for their right. In this study,Literature research method,Empirical analysis method and Social ethics research method were integrated together to collect data, conduct empirical investigation, analyze reality problem, construct a practical health moral system and comtemplate contermeasures for truly problems. As Indian attempts to address the high burden of disease and its public health resources unequal distribution, and embarks on an ambitious plan to universalize health care, wellness research is gaining traction in the country's national health policy improvement.Although many achievements have made, numerous problems of India's health-care system are revealed from study, and I'd like to summarize the most important among them in the following points: Although many achievements have made, numerous problems of India's health-care system are revealed from study, and I'd like to summarize the most important among them in the following points: India is going through a period of transformation in terms of health — economically, demographically, and epidemiologically.Despite the fact that population development is already remarkable in recent years, significantly in relation of Gross domestic product growth,1)this shift is unfortunately being accompanied by an increasing gap in wealth and the needy.Economic disparity or inequalities within social classes are clearly related to poorer health outcomes.2).Maternal and infant mortality rates are among the highest in the world.Unfortunately, the situation continues despite the government's large-scale efforts. The growing disparity among rich and the poor has deleterious health implications. If the government seeks to reduce economic disparity through financial constrains and social security policies, the health sector must ensure that health disparities within social and economic classes are adequately addressed.3).Shortages of personnel and an unmanageable patient load: Absence or a human capital issue in healthcare: The human workforce, perhaps the most critical of the characters involved, should be included in any discussion of healthcare delivery.Do we have enough employees, are they well-trained,are they distributed fairly, and do they have a high degree of morale when it comes to delivering service? 4).Given the role of the private sector in healthcare service delivery,a number of initiatives have been launched to capitalize on private expertise to provide Wellbeing care services. The most recent is a proposed new national framework for accrediting private contractors to provide reimbursable services to the government. In an ideal world, this will result in higher levels of coverage, but does it signal a change in transparency and recognition of the Wellbeing system's flaws? In my thesis,I use “complete physical, mental, and social flourishing, and not simply the nonattendance of disease or affliction” to define and analyze Indian health moral system, and through historical study of Indian health care progress,I suggest four generally acknowledged standards of medical care morals that suppliers follow to guarantee ideal patient wellbeing: independence,usefulness,non-wrathfulness,and equity.I investigate the meaning of every one of these standards and how they are incorporated in the home medical services condition.I use these principles to study the role of a Health Care Administrator, how to improve the Public Health System, how to allocate resources and improve Public Health Systems, how to promote Public Health, how to dialectically understand the Relation Between Public Health and Civil Rights and correspondingly conclude each contermeasure. The wellbeing ought to be seen from a wide point of view and ought not be seen undeniably from a bio-clinical viewpoint.Along these lines, flourishing consolidation ought to in like way be seen from wide anticipated points of view and not simply from an obliged cash related viewpoint.Receptiveness and openness of fundamental thriving things is the first and most significant advance forward in methodological away.
