Study On The Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Vertigo (ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease)

Purpose:Use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to explore the drug rule and drug characteristics of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the treatment of central vertigo by traditional Chinese medicine in the past ten years,excavate the core combination,and find the possibility for the discovery of new drug combinations,To provide clinicians with the key points of experience in the treatment of vertigo and broaden the treatment ideas,so as to benefit clinical patients.Material and method : This study collects modern documents on ischemic cerebrovascular disease in central vertigo published in China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Superstar Journal,and Weipu Chinese Journal Service Platform from 2010 to March 2021.Screen based on inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to input prescriptions,and perform data analysis,summarize and summarize the commonly used drugs,classic drug pairs,and treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of the disease,and discover new prescriptions.Results:1.A total of 98 documents that meet the requirements and 98 prescriptions were collected in this study after inclusion and screening.A total of 8096 cases were included in the literature,of which the number of cases in the medication group was 4081,and the number of cases in the 51-100 was the largest.A total of 79 articles were collected,accounting for 81%.2.Frequency statistics of Chinese medicine:This study involved a total of 156 Chinese medicines.The frequency of drug entry was 1143 times,of which 14 Chinese medicines had a frequency of more than 20 times.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines with frequency from high to low are as follows:Rhizoma Gastrodia,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Pinellia,Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala,Poria,Radix Pueraria,Radix Angelica Sinensis,Radix Astragalus,Pericarpium Citri reticulata,Radix Glycyrrhiza.3.Classification statistics of Chinese medicine:This study involved a total of 17 types of traditional Chinese medicines,of which 4 types were used more than 100 times.Among them,the first is tonic drugs,followed by activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs,calming liver and relieving wind drugs,and anti-epidermic drugs.4.Statistics of Chinese medicine properties:The frequency of drug properties of the drugs used in the literature is ranked from high to low,and the results are warm,calm,cold,cold,and hot.It can be seen that most of the choices of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease tend to be mild drugs,followed by mild drugs and cold drugs.5.Taste statistics of Chinese medicine:The medicines used in the literature are arranged in order from high to low,and the results are sweet,pungent,bitter,sour,salty,and astringent.It can be seen that sweet medicines are the main treatment for this disease,followed by pungent medicines and bitter medicines.6.Statistics on the return of traditional Chinese medicine:The statistics of the used drugs are arranged in descending order,and the results are the liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,kidney meridian,gall bladder meridian,pericardial meridian,large intestine meridian,small intestine meridian,and triple jiao through.The statistical results show that the liver meridian is the most used medicine,followed by the spleen meridian,which reflects the important relationship between dizziness and the liver and spleen.7.Statistics of medication mode and association rules:When the number of support degrees is adjusted to 20 and the confidence level is adjusted to 0.8,a total of 59 association rules between related drugs appear,involving a total of 13 traditional Chinese medicines.Among the commonly used drug combinations,there are 36 combinations of 2 drugs,20 combinations of 3 drugs,and 3 combinations of 4 drugs.When the number of support degrees is adjusted to 30 and 40,the comparison shows that the core combination of commonly used drugs are:Rhizoma Gastrodia,Rhizoma Pinellia and Rhizoma Gastrodia,Rhizoma Chuanxiong.8.New party analysis:Query the prescription information data of 98 cases,select the correlation degree of 5,and the penalty degree of 2,evolve 8 core drug combinations,and on this basis,evolve 4 new prescription combinations,namely(1)Bamboo Shavings,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Coptis Root,Astmgali Radix Praeparatacum Melle,(2)Oyster,Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Dragon's Bone,(3)Gambir Plant,Suberect Spatholobus Stem,Twotooth Achyranthes Root,Chinese Taxillus Herb,(4)Alisma Orientale,Indian Buead Tuckahoe,Largehead Atractylodes Rh,Peach Seed,red paeony root,Safflower,Earthworm.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in central vertigo,traditional Chinese medicine is the most commonly used tonic,followed by activating blood to remove blood stasis,calming liver and relieving wind,and anti-epidemic.2.In the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in central vertigo,traditional Chinese medicine is often used to choose warm medicine,calm medicine and cold medicine.3.When treating central vertigo with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,traditional Chinese medicine often chooses sweet,pungent and bitter medicines.4.When treating central vertigo with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the drugs used are mainly attributed to the liver and spleen channels.5.When Chinese medicine is used to treat ischemic cerebrovascular disease in central vertigo,the core drug combinations used are Rhizoma Gastrodia,Rhizoma Pinellia and Rhizoma Gastrodia,Rhizoma Chuanxiong.6.Four new formula combinations have evolved to provide new ideas for further clinical research.
