Clinical Observation Of Zhixue Enema Powder Combined With Yixiao Ointment In The Stage Of Denucleation After Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Zhixue Gengchang powder combined with Yixiao ointment in the stage of nucleation after mixed hemorrhoids operation.Through the clinical study of Zhixue enema powder combined with Yixiao ointment on bleeding,secretion and granulation growth of wound in the deconucleation stage after mixed hemorrhoids operation,the influence of Zhixue enema powder combined with Yixiao ointment on postoperative wound healing was discussed,and the clinical effect of Zhixue enema powder combined with Yixiao ointment on the deconucleation stage after mixed hemorrhoids operation was evaluated.Material and method : Will be between September 2018 and December 2019,revenues from the 60 cases of patients diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 30 people,all mixed hemorrhoid external strip and internal operation,postoperative are a effect article cream yarn routine dressing change,since 3 days postoperatively,the treatment group to stop the bleeding enema powder unity effect plaster gauze dressing,the control is still applied a article cream yarn routine dressing change,daily in the morning and once,the rest of the disposal of the two groups are consistent.The changes of wound surface in the deconucleation period after mixed hemorrhoids operation were observed in the two groups.The degree of wound bleeding,exudation of secretion and growth of granulation tissue when dressing was changed on the 3rd,7th and 12 th days after surgery were quantified integral,and the healing time was recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.On postoperative day 3,there was no statistical significance in bleeding,exudation of secretions and granulation growth between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.On the 7th day after surgery,the comparison of bleeding,secretion exudation and granulation growth between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.On the 12 th day after surgery,the comparison of bleeding,secretion exudation and granulation growth between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The mean wound healing time in the two groups was 18.03±2.079 days in the treatment group and 20.60±1.850 days in the control group,which was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:In the process of this study,Zhixue Yinchang Powder combined with Yixiao Ointment can reduce the wound bleeding in the deconucleation period after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,inhibit the exudation of secretions,and accelerate the growth of granulation tissue.Its efficacy is safe,reliable,stable and sure.The effect of Zhixue Junchang powder combined with Yixiao ointment on the deconucleation period after mixed hemorrhoids operation is better than that of Yixiao ointment dressing change alone.
