Literature Research On The Law Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Epilepsy And Clinical Exploration Of The Method Of Relieving Wind And Removing Phlegm

Purpose:By sorting out,summarizing and analyzing the relevant literatures of clinical research on the treatment of epilepsy with traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the past ten years,this paper discussed the rules of the use of TCM in the treatment of epilepsy with syndrome differentiation,and summarized the clinical application of “relieving wind and resolving phlegm” in the treatment of this disease by our teacher,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy clinically.Material and method:All clinical research literatures on the treatment of epilepsy with traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were searched from CNKI,CBM,Wanfang database and CQVIP database on January 1,2010 and December 31,2020.After initial screening,Then,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the included literature was finally determined.Excel software was used to summarize and make statistics of the syndrome types and prescriptions involved in the included literature,and a database was established.The V3.0 association analysis algorithm of TCM inheritance calculation platform was used to conduct association analysis on the drugs,and the common drug pairs were obtained.Then SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct factor analysis and systematic cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs,so as to summarize the rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epilepsy,and discuss the clinical application of our teacher's method of “reducing wind and resolving phlegm”.Results:1.Number of included literatures: From 2010 to 2020,the number of included literatures was6,5,6,7,9,13,23,17,34,31 and 18,respectively.2.Frequency statistics and analysis: A total of 169 literatures were included in this paper,involving 7207 cases,including 18 syndrome types and 167 Chinese herbs,with a total frequency of 2054 times.(1)Syndrome types: The top five syndromes in frequency were wind and phlegm closed and obstructed syndrome 49 times,phlegm and phlegm blood stasis obstructed osmosis syndrome48 times,phlegm and fire disturbing the spirit syndrome 22 times,phlegm and fire stasis syndrome 21 times,phlegm and turbidity obstructed osmosis syndrome 17 times,accounting for 92.90% of all syndromes.(2)Treatment methods: the main treatment methods were to dissipate wind and dissipate phlegm,dissipate phlegm and open orifices,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,smooth liver and regulate qi,and clear heat and dissipate phlegm.The frequency was more than 30 times.(3)Formulas: self-designed prescriptions were the most common,followed by Ditan decoction,Chaiguiwen Dandingzhi decoction,Dingxian pill and Taohong Siwu decoction,all of which appeared more than 5 times.(4)Traditional Chinese medicine: There were 22 medicinal flavorings with the frequency of >30 times of.Acorus tatarinowii,pinellia ternate,poria cocos,rhizoma arisaematis,licorice,tangerine peel,gastrodia elata,scorpion,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,batryticated silkworm and earthworm were the core drugs for the treatment of this disease,with the frequency of more than 50 times.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly divided into three categories: calming liver and relieving wind,tonifying deficiency and relieving phlegm and relieving cough.The order of frequency of drug use was cold,warm,flat,cool and hot.The order of use frequency of its medicinal flavor was sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,sour,light and astringent.The frequency of meridians return is liver meridians,lung meridians,heart meridians,spleen meridians,large intestine meridians,gallbladder meridians,small intestine meridians.3.Drug use association analysis: A total of 10 core drug pairs were obtained,including 7kinds of single Chinese medicine.The combination with the highest frequency was “ Acorus tatarinowii-Pinellia ternata”(87 times),and the single drug with the highest frequency was“Acorus tatarinowii”.4.Factor analysis: 8 pairs of common factors were extracted,F1: acid-insoluble ash,bamboo shavings,tangerine peel,tuckahoe,pinellia;F2: scorpion,rhizoma arisaematis,silkworm,centipede;F3: bupleurum,keel,oyster;F4: angelica,rhizoma ligustici wallichii;F5: licorice,white paeony root;F6: earth dragon,stone calamus,polygala;F7: hook rattan,gastrodia elata;F8: large-headed atractylodes.5.The systematic cluster analysis showed that the 22 high-frequency drugs with 30 > times could be grouped into 5 categories:(1)Acorus tatarinus(2)licorice,Pinellia ternata,Tangerine peel,Poria cocoho(3)Chuanxiong,Araceae arabiaceae,Silkworm rigidus,Centipede,scorpion(4)ground dragon,Ungula rattan,Gastrodia elata(5)Bupleurum,keel,oyster,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Polygalae aurantii,Citrus aurantii,Bambusa shavings.Conclusions:1.Syndrome and treatment rules: Wind phlegm closed and blocked syndrome is the most common witness type of epilepsy,phlegm stasis and obstructed orifices,phlegm fire disturbing god,spittoon stagnation syndrome,phlegm turbidities and obstructed orifices are also more frequent,the treatment of this disease is mainly to dissipate wind and dissipate phlegm,phlegm opening orifices,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Commonly used medicines for this disease include liver and wind soothing drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs,phlegm relieving cough and antiasthmic drugs.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for this disease is Acorus calamus,Pinellia ternata,Poria coco,Araceae artemisinae and licorice.The common medication for the treatment of this disease is "stone calamus-Pinellia ternata ","Pinellia ternata-Poria coco","Pinellia ternata-tangerine peel".2.The method of Xi Feng expectorant test of micro: My teacher said the main understand,advocated by applying the method of "Xi Feng phlegm" treatment of epilepsy,proves that the research results are reviewed,and suggests that the "Xi Feng phlegm" has a guiding significance in the treatment of epilepsy.
