Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Type ? Rosacea And Analysis Of TCM Syndrome And Treatment Law

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of rosacea by adopting Chinese medicine combined with western medicine to treat type ? rosacea.Furthermore,analyze the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication rules of internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system.Methods:1.50 patients with type II rosacea(PPR)in the dermatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were observed.All patients were given oral loquat decoction(a Chinese medicine decoction containing Melem loquat leaves,cortex mori radicis,dandelion,Hedyotis diffusa,fructus forsythiae,viola philippica,selfheal,polygonum cuspidatum,anemarrhenae,Angelica sinensis,moutan bark,honewort,rhizoma imperatae,Radix scutellariae,cortex dictamni,Rhizoma Atractylodis,coix seed,poria cocos,jasmine),minocycline hydrochloride capsules(trade name: Meiman,Chinese Drug permission number:H10960010)and compound glycyrrhizin tablets(trade name: Ganyu,Chinese Drug permission number: H20083001).Simultaneously,they were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(trade name: Bei Fuxin,Chinese Drug permission number:S20040001)and Zinc oxide oil for external use.They were treated and observed continuously for two courses,each for four days.The DLQI score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,skin lesion and symptom score before and after treatment were recorded in detail and compared.The clinical effective rate was calculated and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Combined with statistical analysis,the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine were comprehensively judged.2.The literature about internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for type II rosacea was searched through CKNI,Wanfang,VIP,CMB,and medical record cloud platform at all times and in all over the world.The database was established based on it.The syndrome differentiation and medication rules were analyzed through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system(v2.5).Results:Thesis 1: Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in the quality of life score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,rosacea skin lesion and symptom score of patients with skin disease after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,there were 7 patients being cured,20 patients with remarkable curative effect and 17 patients with visible curative effect.The total effective rate was 91.66%.Thesis 2: 96 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened,involving 179 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the medication frequency of scutellaria baicalensis,liquorice,radix paeoniae rubra,rehmannia glutinosa,honeysuckle were relatively high;The commonly used drug combinations were "scutellaria baicalensis + radix paeoniae rubra","radix paeoniae rubra + liquorice" and "scutellaria baicalensis + liquorice".14 internal core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were found.Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine combined with western medicine was effective and safe in the treatment of type II rosacea.2.Data mining analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptionprescription showed that the high-frequency drugs to treat type II rosacea were scutellaria baicalensis,liquorice,radix paeoniae rubra,rehmannia glutinosa,honeysuckle,cortex moutan,forsythia,cortex mori and dandelion;The common syndrome types were heat toxin accumulation syndrome,exuberant heat in lung and stomach syndrome,splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome and white crust with pattern of internal amassment of blood heat.
