Based On The "Chinese Medical Dictionary" To Discuss The Compatibility Characteristics And Medication Rules Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Purpose:To analyze the frequency of drugs,menstruation of nature and taste of the prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in Chinese Medical Code by SPSS26.0,SPSSModeler18.0 statistical software,so as to provide guidance and reference for clinical drug use in the future.Material and method:The prescriptions with Shenxiao as the main disease in Chinese Medical Code were searched,and the collected prescriptions were recorded into excel 2016,to mine the frequency of drug use and menstruation of nature and taste in the prescription,and then cluster analysis and factor analysis were carried out on the whole drug use by using SPSS 26.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results:1.In the Chinese Medical Code,there are 160 prescriptions for the treatment of kidney elimination,of which 4 are pre-Qin,accounting for 2.5% of the total;Tang,5,accounting for3.125% of the total;Song,56,accounting for 35% of the total;Jinyuan,5,accounting for3.125% of the total;Ming,46,accounting for 28.75% of the total;Qing,44,accounting for27.5% of the total.2.Statistical results of drug frequency: Ophiopogon is the most frequently used drug,and it is the yin-tonifying drug among the deficiency-tonifying drugs,with a frequency of 67 times,accounting for 4.59% of all drugs;the second order from high to low is ginseng,Poria,Schisandra,Trichosanthes,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Astragali,Coptis chinensis,Anemarrhena anemarrhena and so on.3.Statistical results of drug efficacy classification: drug efficacy categories are mainly deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs,astringent drugs,diuretic drugs,and the frequencies are37.57%,19.08%,11.02% and 8.36%,respectively.4.Statistical results of drug taste meridian(from high to low): four qi: cold 35.61%,warm29.68%,flat 29.21%,cool 3.17%,hot 2.25%;five flavors: Gan 45.07%,bitter 21.78%,Xin12.95%,salty 6.53%,acid 5.44%,light 4.42%,astringent 3.81%.Meridian tropism: kidney meridian 20.70%,lung meridian 15.81%,heart meridian 15.69%,spleen meridian 13.99%,liver meridian 12.94%,stomach meridian 11.60%,large intestine meridian 3.67%,bladder meridian 3.07%,gallbladder meridian 1.08%,small intestinal meridian 0.86%,pericardial meridian 0.40%,Sanjiao meridian 0.19%.Conclusion:1.Diabetic nephropathy is located in the kidney,and the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of the five internal organs and injury of both qi and yin;2.Diabetic nephropathy prescription is mainly used for tonifying qi and nourishing yin,supplemented by clearing away heat and moistening dryness,supplemented by invigorating the spleen and promoting water infiltration,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi to guide stagnation,and converging solid absorption,which is in line with the pathogenesis of kidney disease,which is worthy of clinical reference.
