A Retrospective Study Of Qingli Prescription Combined With Nifuratel Tablets In The Treatment Of Urinary Tract Infection

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Aingli prescription combined with nifuratel tablets in the treatment of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection,to provide ideas for future clinical research.Material and method:All the cases were from October 2018 to October 2020 in Liaoning Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,all patients were diagnosed as recurrent urinary tract infection,finally,71 cases were selected and divided into two groups:self-prescription Group and Relinqing Group,self-prescription Group(35 cases)and Relinqing group(36 cases).The self-made prescription group was treated with Zishenqingli prescription combined with nifuratel tablets,and the Relinqing group was treated with Relinqing granule combined with nifuratel tablets.Both groups were given 15 days as a course of treatment and the same diet nursing.The improvement of TCM symptoms and examination results after 2 courses of treatment were compared.Results:1.Clinical efficacy of two groups of TCM: the total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in self-made prescription group was 94.29%,and that in Relinqing group was66.66%.The efficacy of TCM symptom improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05).Two groups of single TCM symptoms before and after treatment after comparison,self-made prescription group urination frequency is short,burning urgent,astringent pain,less abdominal discomfort,bitter mouth nausea and vomiting symptoms improved better than Relinqing group,the difference is significant,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Clinical efficacy of two groups of Western medicine: the final total effective rate of 35 patients in the self-made prescription group was 94.29%;The total effective rate of 36 patients in Relinqing group was 72.22%.Compared with Relinqing group,the self-made group was more effective(P < 0.05).After treatment,the two groups of microscopic white blood cell count,urine sediment white blood cell number and other physical and chemical indicators were reduced,and the treatment results of the self-made formula group were significantly more effective than the Relinqing group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Qinglifang combined with Nifuratel tablets has a good therapeutic effect on patients with recurrent urinary tract infection.2.The self-made prescription group has significant effect on the improvement of TCM symptoms,especially the improvement of the symptoms of short frequency of urination,burning urgency of urination,astringent and painful urination,less abdominal discomfort,bitter and disgusting mouth,and the self-made prescription group is better than the Relinqing group.3.In terms of clinical efficacy of Western medicine,the self-made formula group had a significant effect on urinary sediment leukocyte count and microscopic leukocyte count,which was better than the Relinqing group.
