Purpose:According to the theory of viscera-meridian of traditional Chinese medicine,use a palm-type meridian detector to detect the meridian status of patients with thyroid nodules,analyze the correlation between thyroid nodules and human viscera meridians,and discuss the syndromes separately,so as to provide theoretical data for future clinical and basic research.Materials and Methods:This study adopted a retrospective analysis method to screen200 patients who attended the Physical Examination Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020.They were divided into observation group and control group.Among them,the observation group consisted of 100 patients with thyroid nodules,and the control group consisted of 100 healthy persons who received physical examinations during the same period.All collected cases were tested by SHXK-JL-200F-B palm-shaped meridian tester,and the autonomic nervous index,yin/yang index,upper/lower index and conduction coefficient of the two groups of physical examination subjects were input into the Excel table to establish a database.SPSS26.0 statistical software performs statistical analysis on the collected data and objectively evaluates the meridian status of patients with thyroid nodules.According to the dialectical classification of TCM,the observation components are divided into four groups: Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome,liver-fire vigorous syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,and deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome,and further analyze the correlation between thyroid nodules TCM and viscera meridian.Results:1 Comparison of observation group and control group data1.1 After statistical analysis,the baseline(gender,age)of the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).1.2 Compared with the control group,the autonomic nervous index of the observation group was significantly higher and statistically significant(P<0.05);the Yin/Yang index was significantly lower and statistically significant(P<0.05);the conduction coefficient was significantly lower and statistically significant(P<0.05)The difference in science(P<0.05);the difference between the upper/lower index is not obvious,and it is not statistically significant(P>0.05);the difference between the left/right index is not obvious,and it is not statistically significant(P>0.05).2 Comparison of meridian sensor data of different syndrome types in the observation group The sensor data of the left spleen meridian in the syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation was higher than the sensor data of the left spleen meridian in the other three groups(P<0.05);The sensor data of the left heart meridian of the group syndrome type(P<0.05);the sensor data of the left heart meridian of the blood stasis block syndrome is higher than the sensor data of the left heart meridian of the other three types of syndromes(P<0.05);The sensor data of the left heart meridian of Yin deficiency syndrome is higher than the sensor data of the left heart meridian of Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome and liver-fire vigorous syndrome(P<0.05);the sensor data of left kidney meridian is higher than that of the other three groups of syndromes Sensing data of the left kidney meridian of type type(P<0.05);the rest are not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 Comparison of meridian sensor data on the left and right sides of the same TCM syndrome type Compared with the same meridian sensor data on the left and right sides of the same TCM syndrome type,it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal state of visceral meridian conduction in patients with thyroid nodules is obviously different in different syndrome types.Abnormal changes in the liver meridian are the most obvious.The syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation is closely related to the spleen;the liver fire syndrome is closely related to the liver;the blood stasis block syndrome is closely related to the heart;the Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is closely related to the liver,heart,and kidney.
