Objective:Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)as a malignant tumor, under the influence of many factors, such as heredity, environment and lifestyle, the prevalence of NSCLC has increased year by year in recent years. For NSCLC patients, clinical treatment has the characteristics of difficulty and low survival rate.Nowadays, chemotherapy is the main treatment for NSCLC,although it can achieve certain results, but it can produce chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia(CIT)and other adverse reactions, thus affecting the therapeutic effect. The incidence of CIT caused by gemcitabine combined with cisplatin(GP)chemotherapy was the highest. Therefore, analyzing the risk factors of CIT caused by GP chemotherapy regimen in NSCLC patients is not only helpful to avoid reducing the dose of chemotherapy and the delay of course of treatment, but also to reduce the severity of adverse reactions of chemotherapy. Methods:The general data of 597 NSCLC patients who received GP chemotherapy regimen in our hospital from March?2018 to December 2020 were investigated before the first chemotherapy.According to the general adverse events established by the National Cancer Research Institute,CIT occurred during the implementation of the GP chemotherapy regimen were recorded. On the basis of analyzing the short-term clinical curative effect and quality of life of GP chemotherapy regimen,CIT group and non-group were divided according to whether it occurred. The risk factors of GP chemotherapy CIT were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor analysis. Results:The total effective rate, disease control rate and quality of life improvement rate of597 NSCLC patients were 41.1%,77.6%and 58.7%respectively.The platelet values before and after GP chemotherapy were(71.3±22.3)×10~9/L?(121.1±49.7)×10~9/L.,respectively The minimum and return to normal values were(6.4±1.5)d?(7.2±6.1)d.Meanwhile,the incidence of CIT caused by GP chemotherapy regimen was 57.9%.respectively The risk factors of chemotherapy-induced CIT were age, body mass index, liver metastasis,Miles operation, neutrophil count and platelet count. Conclusion:GP chemotherapy regimen is used to treat NSCLC patients.although it has certain clinical efficacy and can improve the quality of life of patients,it can produce higher CIT adverse events.age, body mass index, liver metastasis,Miles surgery, neutrophil count and platelet count are the risk factors of their occurrence, which should be paid great attention to and paid attention to.
