Huoxiangzhengqi Powder Syndrome And Treatment Law And Network Pharmacology Study Of "same Treatment For Different Diseases"

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the disease Huoxiang Zhengqi powder originated from the prescription of Taiping Huimin Heji Bureau in Song Dynasty,which was the official prescription in Song Dynasty.It has the functions of relieving exterior and removing dampness,regulating qi and regulating qi.It is widely used in the treatment of exogenous wind cold,internal injury dampness stagnation,chest diaphragm fullness,nausea and vomiting,especially for summer heat dampness cold.This study mainly through data mining technology and network pharmacology method,to explore the prescription and syndrome compatibility law of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,and futher elucidate the theory of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder.Method:The first part of this paper is based on the ancient literature of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder.This paper summarizes the theoretical analysis of prescription and syndrome of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,summarizes the variation characteristics of drug addition and subtraction,and the similarities and differences of main diseases,so as to provide theoretical reference for clinical application,inheritance and innovation.The second part is based on the ancient literature research of the first part,mining and analyzing the modern medical cases of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder.Through the collection of modern medical records,this paper discusses the characteristics of prescription and syndrome of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in modern clinical practice.Taking "Huoxiang Zhengqi powder","clinical application","treatment" and "examples of treatment experience" as the subject words,this paper searched the CNKI database to search the medical records that met the screening conditions from 1955 to now,and analyzed the medical records data in detail.In the third part,on the basis of the second part of modern medical case study,the network pharmacology of three diseases(acute gastroenteritis,eczema,upper respiratory tract infection)with high frequency in the main diseases treated by Huoxiang Zhengqi powder was studied to explore the mechanism of "treating different diseases with the same treatment".The active ingredients of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder were screened by tcmsp with oral bioavailability(OB)?30%and drug like(DL)?0.18;Then the targets of acute gastroenteritis,eczema and upper respiratory tract infection were screened by disease target database;Go function analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersection targets were performed by metascape database.Objective to explore the material basis and mechanism of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder from the perspective of network pharmacology.Result:Huoxiang Zhengqi powder can be used to treat wind cold exterior syndrome of "typhoid fever,headache,aversion to cold,strong heat,upper asthma and cough" on the outside,and cold dampness stagnation syndrome of "heart vomiting,Qi diarrhea,cholera,deficiency of viscera" on the inside.The prescription is rigorous,and the curative effect is remarkable,which is respected and used by doctors of all ages.In recent years,the pharmacological research of different dosage forms of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder has been gradually deepened.Huoxiang Zhengqi powder has the effects of spasmolysis and analgesia,antibacterial,antiviral,antiemetic and regulating gastrointestinal function,and its scope of syndrome and treatment has gradually expanded.According to the research of ancient medical books,there are 946 articles about Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,among which 35 medical books have complete descriptions of efficacy and indications.By analyzing the literature,we can exclude that the indications are exactly the same as the original prescription of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,and there are 28 discussions.Among them,the composition of 9 books is different from that of "Taiping Huimin Heji kufang",which is the corresponding medicine addition and subtraction according to the indications.It can reflect the flexible use of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder.The results of medical case study showed that the main TCM diseases treated by Huoxiang Zhengqi powder were diarrhea,vertigo,vomiting,fever,cold,abdominal pain,insomnia,etc;The main western medicine diseases are diarrhea,acute gastroenteritis,functional dyspepsia,gastrointestinal cold,irritable bowel syndrome,eczema and so on.Among the main symptoms treated by Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,fatigue,nausea,epigastric fullness,loose stool,vomiting,abdominal distension,loss of appetite and other symptoms occurred more frequently.The main symptoms of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder were light red tongue,white and greasy fur,and moist pulse.If the pulse moistens and slows down,it is mostly dampness evil trapping spleen.The white and greasy fur and moistening pulse are consistent with the pathogenesis of exogenous wind cold and internal dampness stagnation,which can be used as the pulse sign of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder.From the perspective of drug dosage and taste,there were 118 flavored drugs with 366 times of frequency.Among them,Huashi medicine was the most,29 times in total;The second was Xiaoshi medicine,28 times in total;The top ten flavored drugs:Shenqu(15 times),Peilan(15 times),coix seed(14 times),hawthorn(13 times),Pueraria(11 times),Amomum villosum(11 times),Scutellaria baicalensis(10 times),Shichangpu(10 times),Chuanxiong(13 times),Huanglian(9 times).Although Huoxiang Zhengqi powder has many modified drugs,most of them are aimed at dampness pathogen.Through the analysis of network pharmacology,the common pathogenesis of acute gastroenteritis,eczema and upper respiratory tract infection was obtained,and the network of"Huoxiang Zhengqi powder compound target disease" was constructed.Objective to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of acute gastroenteritis,eczema and upper respiratory tract infection.According to the network pharmacology analysis,there are 203 active ingredients,283 targets and 45 drug and disease intersection targets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis(Ag),eczema(eczema)and upper respiratory tract infection(URI).The main effective components of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in the treatment of the above three diseases are quercetin,luteolin,luteolin,etc?-Sitosterol?-Carotene,naringin,kaempferol,asacetin,7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone,baicalein,etc.It may act on acute gastroenteritis,eczema and upper respiratory tract infection through AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway,cancer signaling pathway,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,toll like receptor signaling pathway in diabetic complications.Objective to provide the basis for the pharmacological mechanism of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis,eczema and upper respiratory tract infection.Conclusion:Based on the in-depth analysis of ancient literature and modern medical records of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,the clinical application rules of this prescription are obtained.Through the network pharmacology research of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis,eczema and upper respiratory tract infection,it is concluded that the treatment of three different diseases by Huoxiang Zhengqi powder mainly involves in anti-inflammatory,regulation of cytokines,regulation of immune metabolism and other biological processes,playing a multi-component,multi-target,multi-channel mechanism of action,The results of this study provide a reference for the further study of the mechanism of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,and provide a basis for the theory of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" of traditional Chinese medicine.
