Research On Common External Treatment Of Asthma In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Ancient Literature

Objective: Through the systematic collection and study of ancient literature,to sort out the common external treatmen t methods of TCM used in the past dynasties to prevent and treat asthma,and to provide the basis for clinical application and modern research.Methods: set by the group tutor and experts discuss common inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,by the Chi nese medical,collecting the ancient literature of xiao disease of related records,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria sorting documents,and screening and classification,and will conform to the requirements of the document entry Excel spreadsheets,to establish the related database,using the statistical software SPSS 26.0 IBM for analysis.Results: 1.A total of 152 acupoints were summarized for acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,with a total application frequency of 2101 times.The application of high-frequency acupoints included Tiantu,Shanzhong,Feishu,Zusanli,Qihai,Yu Fu,Taiyuan,Kunlun,Lianquan,Zhongwan,Shangyang,Huagai and Sanjian,with a total frequency of 37.79%;To the meridian of Ren,stomach,kidney,lung,bl adder,large intestine meridian more;Although the frequency of du meridian and Dan meridian is low,the number of acupoints involved is large.The main distribution sites were chest and abdomen,with a total frequency of 680 times,including 41 acupoints.Summary of specific acupoints: the frequency from high to low is raised acupoint,baihui acupoint,yuan acupoint,back shu acupoint,xiahe acupoint,bemairenzi acupoint and luo acupoint.The frequency is 798,accounting for 37.98% of the total frequency o f acupoints.Acupuncture tools included gold needle,fire needle and three-edged needle,with frequency of 4,4 and 3 times respectively.The forms of moxibustion include moxa pillar,moxibustion between objects and wheat moxibustion.According to differen t curative effects,moxibustion between objects can be divided into ginger moxibustion,salt moxibustion,drug moxibustion and so on.Moxibustion has moxibustion xiao point,cui's four flower point,yu zhong,juquan point,chuangtang,pangting,coccyx tip,ma spleen fengqi point,finger tip,ring finger and other specific points,moxibustion has different timing and strong number.2.ointment,application of ointment drugs to the herb,castor bean,ginger,frankincense,Radix Aconitum,South Star,myrrh,ci nnamon,Radix Aconitum,white mustard seed,scorpion,saponin thorn,red peony root,Bletilla striata,forsythia,rhubarb use more.According to the frequency statistics of single drug application,the results were as follows: ginger > Nanxing BBB>B2 A>m and Saponiacum acuminatum BBB3 Alum>cupoints involved included Feishu,Shanzhong,Gaohuang,Dingchuan,Lieqing,Yongquan,Fengmen and Tiantu.The meridians of return mainly included Zaoyang bladder meridian,Hand Taiyin lung meridian,Renmai,Zaoshayin kidney meridian and meridian Ouqi point.There are a variety of drugs developed into the direct paste paste,such as Jin Si Wan Ying ointment,Shen Yi ointment,Wan disease without care ointment,Wan Ying close gold ointment,San Jian ointment,warm lung ointment,Qing Lung ointment;The most recorded part of the use is the vest,which is equivalent to the location of the Feishu point.3.massage method,device,method,operation method,the rule of thirds,knead,click and composite ancient literature,the commonly used acupuncture points for prevention and treatment of asthma include Tiantu,Shanzhong,Feishu and Zusanli,etc.,and the main meridians of passage are Ren meridian,Fooyangming stomach meridi an,Fooshaoyin kidney meridian,Hand Taiyin lung meridian,Fooyang bladder meridian,and Hand Yangming large intestine meridian.The forms of moxibustion are divided into moxibustion pillar,wheat moxibustion,ginger moxibustion,salt moxibustion,medicine moxibustion,etc.Moxibustion has specific points such as moxibustion croup;The time distribution of moxibustion and the strength of moxibustion can be selected according to the different manifestations of patients.2.Paste drugs to Wei Ling Xian,castor bean,ginger and other use more.The main drugs for single drug application are ginger,nanxin,asarum,saponin acupoints and alum.Feishu,Tanzhong,Gaohuang and Dingchuan are more used at acupoints.The main meridians are Zaoyang bladder meridian,Taiyin lung meridian of hand,Renmai,Zaoshayin kidney meridian and Outer Qi point.3.In ancient literature,the massage techniques for prevention and treatment of asthma include pushing method,pinching method,rubbing method,moving method,divided method,kn eading method,point pressing method and compound method.Acupoints include Feishu point,Elvish point,Siwangwen,etc.,and meridians mainly involve Foot Sun bladder meridian,Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian,Ren meridian,Du meridian,and Yangming large intestine meridian.
