Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the reduction effect of precision bone traction technology on rabbit tibial fracture,in order to find a new method that can be more beneficial to traction patients.Methods:In this study,24 New Zealand rabbits were selected successfully,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,12 rabbits respectively.The control group was traditional axial bone traction rabbits,and the experimental group was precision bone traction.The two groups of rabbits were pulled in supine position for 7 days.The fracture end to end alignment rate and the diameter of the injured limb were recorded according to the data of the injured limb before traction;After the traction,the data of injured limbs were collected again,including the reduction effect,the end to end alignment rate and the diameter of the injured limb;After the traction,all rabbits were killed.The callus tissue of fracture fracture was sampled for HE staining and morphological analysis.The difference was compared by statistical analysis according to the data collected.Results:1.The reduction effect of two groups of rabbits after traction: the reduction effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and that of the experimental group was 91.67%;The difference of fracture reduction effect between the two groups at the end of the seventh day of traction was statistically significant(P = 0.008 < 0.05);2.After traction,the fracture end alignment rate of the two groups was66.33% in the control group ± 94%,83.08% in the experimental group ±The effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P = 0.00 < 0.05);3.The change of peripheral diameter of injured limb in two groups after traction: the peripheral diameter of injured limb in control group was11.70 ± 55 cm,9.59 cm in the experimental group ± 57 cm,the change of the peripheral diameter of the injured limb in the experimental group was greater,and the comparison of the peripheral diameter of the injured limb in the two groups at the end of the seventh day after traction was statistically significant(P = 0.00 < 0.05);4.He staining morphological analysis of callus tissue of fracture end showed that the effect of precise bone traction on fracture end healing was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compared with traditional axial bone traction,precision bone traction is an effective new traction method for tibial fracture in rabbits.
