Clinical Study On Bushen Zhuo Decoction Combined With Fenmotong In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome With Decreased Ovarian Reserve

Objective: The comprehensive effective rate of the treatment group in this study was93%,and the comprehensive effective rate of the control group was 73%.The results of the comprehensive efficacy comparison between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Methods:This project collected 60 patients with decreased ovarian reserve and kidney deficiency syndrome who were in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June2020 to December 2020.The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in the treatment group.Oral treatment with Bushen Zhuoqi Decoction +Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets;30 cases in the control group were treated with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets orally;treatment for 3 menstrual periods After the cycle,observe the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms,changes in basic sex hormones and pregnancy of the two groups of patients before and after the medication.At the same time,pay attention to whether the patients have uncomfortable symptoms or adverse reactions during the medication.Results:(1)The comprehensive effective rate of the treatment group in this study was93%,and the comprehensive effective rate of the control group was 73%.The results of the comprehensive efficacy comparison between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)The difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms;two Compared with the single-item scores of TCM syndrome in the group,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group in terms of waist and knee soreness,anxiety and depression,apathy,dizziness and tinnitus.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that it was improving waist and knee soreness and anxiety The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of depression,apathy,dizziness and tinnitus.(3)Laboratory indicators: FSH,LH,E2 before and after treatment in the two groups were all lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),AMH before and after treatment in the treatment group increased(P<0.05),and the control group had no AMH before and after treatment.Significant change(P>0.05).After treatment between the two groups,the FSH,LH and E2 values of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AMH value of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing FSH,LH,E2 levels and increasing AMH levels.(4)Pregnancy: The pregnancy success rate of the two groups was compared.The total success rate of the treatment group was 26.7%,and the total success rate of the control group was 10%.There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total pregnancy rate of the treatment group better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)The comprehensive curative effect of Bushen Zhuqi Decoction combined with fenmetone is better than that of the control group.(2)The effect of Bushen Zhuqi Decoction combined with fenmetone in reducing serum FSH,LH,E2,and increasing AMH levels and improving ovarian reserve is better than that of the simple western medicine group.(3)Bushen Zhuqi Decoction combined with Fenmatone was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of TCM,especially for the four symptoms of waist and knee weakness,loss of libido,anxiety and depression,dizziness and tinnitus.(4)Although Bushen Zhuqi Decoction combined with Fenmatone is not statistically significant in improving pregnancy rate,the effect is better than that of the control group.
