Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (syndrome Of Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney,to expand the clinical application scope of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong decoction,and to provide more clinical evidence support.Methods: From December 2019 to October 202 0,Patients with lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,Treatment group oral Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong decoction,The control group oral Bushen Zhuangjin decoction,During the treatment,both groups of patients combined with functional exercise.The total duration of treatment was 4weeks,A visual analogue scale(visual analogue scale,)was performed 2 weeks,4 weeks after oral administration and 2 months after withdrawal VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI),VAS score and TCM syndrome score clinical efficacy evaluation,And the safety index was statistically analyzed.Results: There was no statistical difference in sex,age,course of disease,VAS score,ODI index and baseline of TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group.2.VAS score,ODI index and TCM syndrome score were significantly different between the two groups at each time point(2 weeks,4weeks and 3 months follow-up)after taking medicine.After two weeks of oral medication,There was no significant difference in VAS score(P=0.58>0.05)and ODI index(P=0.70,and TCM syndrome score(t=2.13)in the treatment group,P=0.04<0.05)was significantly different from the control group,It suggested that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score.After four weeks of oral medication,The VAS score(P=0.00<0.05),ODI index(0.02)and TCM syndrome score(P=0.00)of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group.Follow-up after 3 months suggests,The VAS score(P=0.00<0.05),ODI index(0.02)and TCM syndrome score(P=0.00)of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group.3.in the comparison between the two groups,There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups for 2 weeks,And in four weeks,The treatment group was better than the control group.4.in two sets of security comparisons,The vital signs of the treatment group and the control group were not abnormal,And no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong decoction has good clinical effect on lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney,and long-term curative effect is lasting and stable.2.Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong decoction has good safety and is suitable for clinical promotion in LDH patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome but no obvious tendency of yin-yang deficiency failure.3.concept of tonifying kidney and tonifying essence has certain guiding significance for the long-term curative effect consolidation of lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney,and can be further studied in clinic.
