Clinical Observation Of Qinghuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia With Toxic Heat Flaring Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qinghuang Decoction in the treatment of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia with excessive toxic heat.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group..The treatment group was treated with Qinghuang Decoction and Hydroxyurea,while the control group was treated with Hydroxyurea for 12 weeks.During the study,the clinical manifestations,physical signs,liver and kidney functions of the two groups were collected to determine the efficacy and safety of Qinghuang Decoction.Results: 1.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after TCM symptom integral treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome effect between two groups after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Quality of life instruments for cancer patients-Leukemia specific scale(QLICP-LE)scores were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In this clinical observation,there were 6adverse events in the control group,including 2 cases of hemoglobin reduction,2 cases of thrombocytopenia and 2 cases of diarrhea;There was 1case of diarrhea in the treatment group.After symptomatic treatment,the adverse reactions were relieved,and the treatment was not terminated.After testing,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: Qinghuang Decoction and Hydroxyurea was more effective than Hydroxyurea in treating primary insomnia,which can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and is safe,improve the Quality of life of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse effects caused by a variety of adverse symptoms,which can be used as a reference for clinical treatment.
