Clinical Observation Of Buxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Yang

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Buxin decoction in treating chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and Kidney Yang.Method: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the Treatment Group and the Control Group.The two groups were treated with conventional Western medicine(diuretic,ACE?,ARB,?-receptor blocker,cardiac glycosides).The treatment group was treated with Granule Buxin decoction on the basis of Western medicine for 4 weeks.The curative effect and safety of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The curative effect indexes included TCM Syndrome score,BNP,NYHA,LVEF and 6-minute walking test,the therapeutic safety(including blood routine,urine and stool routine,liver and kidney function,blood pressure and heart rate)was observed.The data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.The scores of TCM Syndrome in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly more effective than the Control Group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 86.6% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.6%,and that of the control group was 76.7%.The treatment group had significant advantage over the Control Group(P<0.05).4.There was an increase after BNP treatment in both groups,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the Control Group.5.There was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of LVEF(P<0.05),which suggested that both groups could increase LVEF,and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.After treatment,6MWT in the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which suggested that the improvement of 6MWT in the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Buxin decoction is effective in treating chronic heart failure patients with heart and Kidney Yang deficiency,it is safe and effective to improve the quality of life,extend the 6-minute walking test,increase LVEF,decrease the score of TCM syndrome and BNP.
