Clinical Observation Of Fumigation And Washing With Modified Haitongpi Decoction In The Treatment Of "cold Coagulation Deficiency Type" Old Ankle Injury

OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical effect of this treatment regimen in the treatment of the disease through the clinical observation of Jiawei Haitongpi Decoction in the treatment of "cold blood deficiency type" old ankle joint injury,and to provide clinical evidence for further enriching the treatment of the disease.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,62 patients with "cold blood deficiency type" old ankle injury were collected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were grouped by random number table.Divided into observation group and control group,each group has 31 cases.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Haitongpi Decoction,while the control group was treated with good temperature sensitivity and application.During the treatment period,there was 1 case in the control group due to other reasons.The reason was to withdraw from the study halfway,and the treatment took 10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses,and each treatment course had a rest period of 3 days.Results:After treatment,21 of the 31 patients in the observation group were cured,5 were markedly effective,4 were effective,and 1 was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.8%;of the 30 patients in the control group,15 were cured,6 were markedly effective,and 5 were effective.,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.The difference between the two was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of Jiawei Haitongpi Decoction in the treatment of "cold blood deficiency type" old ankle injury is better than that of warm After 3 courses of treatment,the observation group has significant differences compared with the control group in terms of reducing VAS score,reducing ankle joint swelling,increasing ankle joint flexion and extension range,and improving ankle joint AOFAS score.(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the former is better than that of the control group;the differences in the observation indexes between the two groups before and after treatment are both significant(P<0.05),indicating that both the observation group and the control group can treat "cold blood deficiency" Type" old ankle injury plays a therapeutic role.Conclusion:1.Modified Haitongpi Decoction can treat "cold blood deficiency type" old ankle injury by fumigation and washing,good temperature sensation,and application.However,the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Haitongpi decoction fumigation and washing is important in improving clinical symptoms.It is better than good temperature sensitivity and application.2 It is clarified that the warming and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and pain-relieving effects of Jiawei Haitongpi Decoction have simple operation,significant curative effect,low cost,small side effects,and easy to be affected in the treatment of "cold blood deficiency type" old ankle joint injuries.Patients accept the advantages,so it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
