Ethical Issues And Moral Constraints In Human Germline Gene Editing

The development of genetic engineering and the successful decoding of the genetic code have made people realize that many diseases are closely related to genes.The development of germline gene editing has opened a new channel for human to treat diseases and pursue health and longevity.The huge potential of technology in the current people for profit,if the lack of ethical and moral constraints,its development and use may deviate from the right track,and even cause disastrous consequences.By studying the ethical and social issues arising from technological development,the current ethical dilemma is resolved from the perspective of moral constraints,the moral and ethical boundaries of technological development are clarified,and the researchers are educated on the core socialist values,so as to realize the vision of a better life for human beings promoted by technological development.The author use the methods of literature analysis,system analysis and value analysis,then summarizes the ethical issues such as informed choice,injury and social justice which may be caused by the development of germline gene editing.If these problems are not handled properly and regulated,germline gene editing may bring great disaster to human society.By using the methods of literature analysis,system analysis and value analysis,the author summarizes the ethical issues such as informed choice,harm and social justice that may be caused by germline gene editing.How to make a proper choice between the development of technology and the benefit of mankind through moral self-discipline and heteronomy is one of the problems we must face and solve.From the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the causes of the ethical and moral dilemma of germline gene editing,and on this basis,proposes to strengthen the moral self-discipline of scientific researchers,strengthen the role of the committee and the law of heteronomy constraints,in order to promote the healthy development of germline gene editing technology.The study is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and innovations of the paper.The second chapter analyzes the connotation category and application prospect of germline gene editing technology and clarifies the ethical issues caused by the development of the technology.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the ethical dilemma in the development and application of germline gene editing technology.The fourth chapter analyzes how to guide the core values of germline gene editing through moral self-discipline and heteronomy,so as to make a proper choice between the development of germline gene editing technology and the interests of human beings,so as to make germline gene editing technology benefit all human beings.
