As China’s population structure continues to age,in order to meet the growing demand for medical services for residents,on the basis of summarizing foreign family doctor systems,China has proposed a family doctor-style medical service model that meets the national conditions.The family doctor service mainly provides medical services according to the contract by the family doctor team and the residents to meet the contractor’s demand for long-term and continuous medical and health services.The launch of family doctor services can effectively regulate the orderly visits of residents,reduce the consumption of medical services for residents,and prevent problems such as poverty caused by illness.The implementation of family doctor system in China started late.At present,there are still many problems in family doctor service in China,such as low awareness of family doctor service,inadequate medical insurance policy for family doctor system,weak related talents,and service staff in signing residents.Problems such as the lack of initiative to provide medical services and incomplete related incentive mechanisms have led to the implementation of family doctor services in various areas,which has led to many difficulties.This article tak es the elderly in Beijing and Xi’an as the survey objects,and uses the questionnaire survey method,in-depth interview method,and SPSS statistical analysis method to study the effect of family doctors on improving the elderly’s sense of medical services.The effect of people’s sense of access to medical services is to find out the problems that still exist in the family doctor system and propose corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the family doctor service model,improve the sense of access to medical services for the elderly,and improve the construction of community public health services.The research conclusion of this paper is:through the use of a questionnaire designed based on the improved family doctor evaluation model to improve the effect of elderly people’s medical service access,a questionnaire survey is conducted on eligible elderly people,and the data is analyzed using SPSS24.0 statistical software Analysis and reliability test;verify the rationality of the six dimensions in the model through factor analysis.The results of the study show that the elderly have a generally low level of medical service access.The gap between the expectation and the average of the perception data shows that there is a certain gap between the quality of medical services provided by family doctors and the quality of medical services expected by the elderly,which reflects that the elderly do not currently receive family doctor services that match their needs.At the same time,the analysis results indicate that reliability,empathy,and tangibility are more significant to improve the sense of gain to medical services for the elderly,while the effect of responsiveness,guarantee,and cost acceptability is not ideal.Therefore,based on the problems that still exist in the family doctor service in the research results,The author proposes seven countermeasures to improve the family doctor policy from the macro and micro aspects,and to improve the sense of gain to medical services for the elderly.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in:① This article uses the customer perception service quality model as the basis for evaluating the sense of acquisition,it provides a more reasonable evaluation standard for the new measurement index of sense of acquisition.②In order to more comprehensively measure the sense of gain to medical services for the elderly,this paper adds the dimension of cost acceptability based on the SERVQUAL model.③This article investigates the data of two cities,which enriches the research methods and contents of this article.④Through the analysis of the research results,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance family doctors to improve the effect of the elderly medical services,so that the family doctor system can be more perfect. |
